五一期間帶家人出行，預訂的福朋喜來登，checkin時前台電腦一直卡機，用了不少時間；酒店的設施也比較老舊，廁所有點味道；自助早餐人太多，吃的品類也一般。感覺酒店沒有接待節假日大客流的能力，整體入住體驗很一般。

房間非常普通，一點沒感覺是豪華房，吃的也很一般，早餐個人感覺和全季也差不多，品種多一點，但味道不怎麼樣。與品牌好的五星比較，有距離。

設施：酒店很老了 床頭都掉屑了 廁所衹有固定花灑 浴缸水温不夠
衞生：還蠻乾淨的

服務：服務還不錯
五一假的 價格翻倍 可以理解 但是早餐真的要吐槽 品種還算可以 但是味道真的很差 配不起標價120的

1．酒店停車場毫無秩序可言，停車位全靠插空
2．停車場保安完全不具備國際連鎖品牌酒店員工的基本素質——具體表現在：無標準停車位的情況下，我們插空剛停下車，他錘擊車窗並質疑我們説“他剛把車清走我們就停下，並命令語氣要求挪走”。至此，儘管我們認為他冒昧但接受，並詢問“我們應該停在哪？”保安表示“他也不知道停在哪，哪能停下就停哪，不管他事”
我人還沒入住，剛停下車先被他苛責一頓，我第一次來住做錯了什麼？？？
3．反饋給了值班經理，值班經理態度很好。給了很多可選擇的禮遇…我們選擇了兩份早餐並積極表示每日會給我們一份房間水果作為歉意。但實際上我們待了三天衹有第二天早上在我們電話要求下送了一份自助早餐打包盒水果，其餘時間均沒贈送
4．第一天晚上打電話要求送水和水果，實際並沒有送。
5．五一期間入住，我們去吃了自助早餐，早上9.30蛋炒飯這種基本主食就不後補了，我進去的時候沒有，走的時候又看了一次還是沒補。其餘煮檔排大長隊這種事情五一期間已經屬於可以理解了
