Magnifique hotel, tres beau,tres luxurieux,tres propre.
L' emplacement est parfait a proximite immediate de l'etablissement thermal, en pleine foret.
Cest un plaisir est un grand sentiment de bien etre de se reveiller avec le chant des oiseaux,l'odeur des cypres,du pin, la nature, l'air pur....
Le personnel est tres serviable et tres chaleureux.il reponds a absolument toutes nos demende et il fait le maximum pour notre satisfaction.
Dommage que les activitees propose aux alentours ne sont pas en anglais.
La literie,le mobilier et le linge de chanbre sont d'une qualite exeptionel.

很不錯的一家山水度假酒店，差點錯過了。原因是在攜程的分數偏低，後面再説這個問題。
房間設施很好，雙床房在北側，沒有景色，但是可以拼床，對一家三口來説很合適。我們是沒有訂上家庭房，所以衹能選擇雙床房，大床房朝南可以有湖景和山景。
特別要感謝的是客房部宗姐，雖然到的時候已經過下午5點，有些部門可能已經下班了，但面對我們提出的問題，宗姐還是積極多方協調，熱情服務，跑上跑下，忙裡忙外，給我們補充了牙刷，拖鞋和水，並將電話線故障記錄報備給了工程部，還補償了我們一份早餐，彰顯了滿滿的誠意，這種久違了的主人翁工作精神讓我們如沐春風，親身體會到了康養事業的温度和暖意。
餐廳的早餐也不錯，我們還在餐廳用了晚餐，挺豐盛，挺用心的，價格小貴，別無分號。
温泉也不錯，尤其是服務人員，包括更衣室的，游泳池的，都能做到熱情服務，有問必答，就是晚10點關門，實際8:30就停水了，我們不知道這一實際規定，快8點才去的，趕了個末班，花的温泉錢有點兒虧，推薦遊客趕早班去，水還乾淨，可以暢泡。
前台稍顯生硬，平均4.4的攜程分數有點偏低，像我這樣的點評達人的平均評分才4.2，反映出來的問題還是很嚴重的，給我的712房間應當是整個酒店風景最差的房間，距離後山的距離相當近，壓抑感相當強，也許酒店主要銷售對象是會議和團隊，所以對攜程散客真心不太友好。
山東人在全國的好口碑還是有原因的，酒店標稱25平方的房間，非常誠實，甚至還有些謙虛，比我們在山西，河南住過的標稱30平方以上的房間都要寬敞明亮的多，好客山東，實在山東人👍

環境非常優美，酒店房間已全面裝修升級，早餐品種豐富，此次入住不知道何故温泉池開的較以往少，唯一的缺點。

爬完泰山來泡個温泉，來之前看的評價褒貶不一，到了感覺還好，設施挺新，但屋內衞生還需做細緻些，沙發上還留有之前住客的一絲長髮😓。
房門外葫蘆門燈很精緻，走廊寬敞，但隔音不好，走廊説話動靜不小。
早餐自助，或許是我們下樓晚點，8點多也不至於飲品兑稀到如此難喝吧！三合一咖啡兑了多少水，這哪是咖啡，沒有一點味道！牛奶就算用奶粉沖，也不能這麼清湯寡水，接到杯中能看出不是白開水就是奶了嗎？
好在户外的森林湖景值得入眼，住酒店含一次對面康養中心的温泉，個人推薦户外温泉，紅酒、玫瑰、茉莉、金銀花、何首烏、當歸，池水被池底石磚映襯的綠瑩瑩波光粼粼，養生又養眼。
户外温泉的服務體驗也還不錯，客人入池後，能及時擺放好拖鞋，如果出池後能再多提供一件乾爽的浴袍就好了，户外泡完幾個湯泉，穿着濕淋淋的浴袍真是濕冷😓
