房間有些臟，衞生條件有些差，但老闆服務態度熱情，考慮到賓館建成時間久也可以理解，希望賓館衞生可以再好一些。

房間環境極差，臟亂差，更差的是服務態度，應該是泰安最爛的賓館，攜程客服了解問題的時候對客服大吼大叫，聲音很大，客服衹能解釋店家性格直，聲音大，電視看不了，店家解釋現在沒有人看電視，毛巾沒有，問店家的時候拿了一條很臟的毛巾，然後説都是這樣的，拖鞋很臟，床單很臟，花灑是壞的
