We Stayed at TRU by Hilton. First of all we had someone trying to get into our room and I went to the door and a family was assigned the same room. Then We couldn’t figure tv out and the gentleman from the front desk came and couldn’t figure it out either so he changed our room from 4th floor to 1st floor, which was fine. The digital thermostat had a paper over it stating it didn’t work so had to use the wall unit and it was freezing, then woke up with it warm in the room. So that didn’t work. You couldn’t adjust it. Then to top other off, my husband was in bed already and I shut the bathroom door and there was a used towel hanging up behind the door. I called the front desk and told them they may want to have a talk with housekeeping. Needless to say, we weren’t real happy. But the employees were nice. They did have a free breakfast. I must say though, I never had a hotel breakfast where they served hard boiled eggs and you had to peel the shells off. I just found that interesting.

The room was clean and comfortable. TV had ‘no signal’ most of the night. The breakfast was a joke. They ran out of eggs and had nothing prepared, English Muffins were stale and the milk was warm. Ran out of forks. The young man at the front desk was very polite and friendly. The woman was not. I would stay here again though due to the quality of the room.
