I requested to get the best view of the taal lake and they gave us the best room, it was perfect! It has a spacious balcony and the view was simply breathtaking. The hotel is located off the main road secluded on a hilltop which makes it quiet and private, perfect if you're seeking for a peaceful stay. Wifi is patchy inside the room but I don't mind, and besides may tv/netflix naman kaya it's fine. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Foods were quite limited but they were good lalo na yung bulalo and kare kare. We had our dinner inside the room, para quality time na rin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our Valentine’s Day very special, I attached a picture of the bedroom that they decorated and surprised us with after we went out to dinner and when we returned the room was just amazing - including flowers and candles throughout the entire suite. my wife and I were really surprised and very pleased. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. A+++

Excellent Customer Service - Mr Rusty the front office supervisor & Ms Precious was very nice and quick to response with my inquiries on Facebook. They are kind enough to allow us do a quick prenup session, and also approved our early check in request. Ms Precious greeted us so warmly during check in and Mr Rusty made us feel special as we leave. Thank you both ☺️ The room is huge, and the bed is comfy. It was raining that day so we were not able to maximize their amenities, but we are there for prenup and staycation so the room is perfect for us. No issue with hot water and wifi. Everything is working fine. We like their coffee & clubhouse sandwich. The breakfast is just so-so. Overall we love our stay :)

What we love about the place: 1.Customer Service - Impeccable, warm, approachable and attentive. This is what we loved the most! :) 2.Overall Ambience - We went on a Thursday so we were the only guests in the boutique hotel. Total of 9 rooms and ours was located on the other side of the second floor. Felt like home through and through; and we woke up feeling like we weren’t in a hotel at all. 3.Bed and Sheets - Comfortable and high quality! 100/10. Slept like babies! 4.Bedroom - It was so spacious you can literally sprint from end to end. Love that it has three balconies to enjoy the low views too. We liked the windows spread across the parallel wall so it didn’t feel cramped. It wasn’t cold at all in Tagaytay but it definitely was in the room. 5.Bathroom - Plus plus plus points for the windows from end to end. Nice view while bathing in the tub. 6.Pool - Heated so it feels very nice to swim in it. The ambience is pretty great too except for the building being constructed infront. Over time, I think it would really disrupt the view from 8suites. Improvements (considering how much you're paying for a night, these improvements would be best to be addressed to make it totally worth it. It's the attention to the detail that makes the overall stay more thoughtful and a real bang for the buck) 1.Bathroom Drain - Leaks whenever bath tub is used. Would flow to the door to the bedroom so the bottom of the curtain would be soaking wet too; no bath rugs at the shower and bath tub area and it’s far from each other so need to walk. The shower area would be super wet and the rest of the space going to the bathtub. Drainage system could definitely be better. 2.Dresser - Include trashcan since the only one in the bathroom is the one beside the toilet 3.Bath tub - would be nice to include a welcome bath bomb or petals. 4.Bathroom floors & blinds - the corners of the floors obviously need some TLC. They look a bit worn out. 5.Bedroom headboard / light - Half of it was broken. Obviously needs to be fixed for it to be utilized properly. 6.Side table - Trash can would be nice. More thoughtful. 7.Single couch - Big hole on it. So when you sit, it sinks easily. 8.Balconies - Two chairs would be nice to include also. 9.Dresser cabinet - Needs to be oiled. 10.Food - Pricey and much better to order via Grab or go to the city proper. Breakfast was so-so. Tapa was a bit gummy. Serving size is okay. Juice could be better than a powdered drink. 11.Door lock - Not so secured. It's just the typical door knob with the push-lock. Nice to have: - Yoga Mat to enjoy the balconies and spacious room - Better welcome drinks than just powdered juice drinks considering the cost per night. Overall, we'd still come back but hopefully, they can make those nice, thoughtful improvements to get more of your money's worth as it's more than 5k a night (more than a hotel room), devil is in the details. Next time, we'll probably stay at the Sweetest Suite. Regardless though, it'

This so called boutique hotel is not for everyone ‘s cup of tea Our initial reaction was wow a hidden gem but then reality started to set in For positive starters , the view from the balcony was breath taking with unobstructed view of the city and taal plus there was a strong cool breeze at night. It was nice sitting at the balcony with its modern chic furniture The rooms however failed to impress with dark heavy dated furniture and closet that bangs when you open and close it. Yep we can hear furniture being dragged across from the other rooms too Also, the room entrance had a glass panel on top letting light in thruout the night and the curtains was not blackout ones flooding the room with sunlight from 6 a.m (see photo) so no chance for a sleep in The room assigned to us has a direct access to the dining via the balcony and for us it felt there privacy was compromised as other guests could access the dining balcony and walk straight to the room Breakfast was plated and guests were asked their preferred breakfast the night before for (few modifications allowed) . Nothing fancy and you get exactly what you checked on the list ie if you ordered example tapa and coffee that’s what you get nothing else, no refill (unless maybe you stand up and ask for it 🤔???), no fruits, no condiments not even glass of water. Btw juice is powdered. Wifi - unfortunately wifi was down and our data signals were weak that leaves you nothing but hear the cicadas or envelope yourself in silence which could be a good thing but maybe they could provide a radio or the old dvd player with selection of titles or even provide a mini library Their pool looked inviting altho advance notice was required for the heating to kick in and it was too hot and sunny to use during the day. Perhaps a canopy is in order? Also, the sun was strong and heat index high That - hanging out in the balcony in the morning is not advisable so perhaps a canopy is needed to pricide shade from the searing sun ? For the other minor things- 1. Ice costs php 100 2. Food prices are manila prices averaging 500 php per dish 3. Amenities were basic 4. Fixtures need fixing like the light switch (see photo) and the flush which required flushing several times to stop the water running 5. Not minor - we asked for toilet paper and we were given table napkins. So the request was repeated in case we were misunderstood but we were told that table napkins was fine substitute 🙄😳😵 - *** go figure We paid a hefty 7k plus for a one night stay and inmho it was not of value. Everything you need seem to have a cost like the ice. I agree with one review this property is more like a house vacation rental or air bnb rather than a boutique hotel. On the plus side Staff were friendly and accommodating to an extent . As previously mentioned, this property is not everyone’s cup of tea and if you are okay with our experience then go ahead - you be the judge
