모텔 뒷편 주차장은 건물공사 때문인지 약간 지저분한 편이며 모텔앞 주차장은 공터에 그냥 주차. 모텔 이용자 안내는 식당에서 안내하는 등 전바적으로 다소 미흡하였음.

장점 : 바다 잘보임, 주차 편리, 1층에 고기집 편의점 있음, 차타고 2~3분 가면 다이소랑 마트 있음, 수압좋고 뜨신물 잘나오고 화장실 넓은편, 화장실에 샴푸린스치약 있고, 1회용 칫솔 폼클렌징 제공, 1층에 전자렌지 있음, tv 유투브 연결되서 편함, 와이파이 비밀번호없이 잘터짐
단점 : 난방이 중앙공급식, 침대스프링이 허리에 느껴져서 불편, 열쇠로 문 돌려서 여는 방식인데 아다리가 잘 안맞아서 문여는게 힘들었어요, 수건이 섬유린스 많이써서 그런가 물흡수가 잘 안됌

가격에비해 시설이 좋지 않고 침구류 얼룩이 많고 매우 불쾌 했음 결국 교체해달라고 해서 교체하긴 하였으나 교체한 침구류도 깨끗해 보이지 않았음. 가성비가 좋지 않음
