The facilities are dirty. There is no interest in cleanliness. The hotel is not suitable for tourism. The swimming pools are very, very dirty. There is no interest at all.

Extérieur beau mais les chambres horribles sa sent le pipi les coffres sont cassés les portes l'eau ds la salle de bain et surtt présence de cafards. Au niveau alimentaire je me suis tapé une intoxication des produits froids salade pourrie. Seul truc qui sauve la mise c'est les animations.

Très déçus de notre séjour. La piscine était sale (voir photo), ce qui est inacceptable. De plus, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour avoir simplement des assiettes afin de manger avec nos enfants. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, le service et l’hygiène doivent être améliorés d’urgence.

# Piscine salle et mal entretenue, il fallait réclamer pour qu'elle devienne propre, donc n'hésitez pas a réclamer... # les serveurs du buffet restaurant sont à la limite impolis, car ils intimident les gens en limitant les rations servies( pâtisserie, pizza, omelette et beignets), vous êtes là pour bien servir les gens en vacances et non pas pour imposer votre loi. # les réceptionnistes prennent énormément de temps pour attribuer les chambres, non souriants, arrogants. Si non la plage est propre, beaucoup de verdure, belle ambiance, menu plus ou moins correct...je crois avec un peu d'effort, l'hôtel offrira de meilleures prestations .
