Family-friendly hotel, very clean,
Breakfast left nothing to be desired.
Pool area very large and great for children. However, we had to pay for a change of towels this time. We were there for the 7th time.
The spa area was great as always.
We would love to come back.

NAJWIĘKSZE ROZCZAROWANIE ze wszystkich odwiedzonych przez nas hoteli. Moloch składający się z 7 budynków. Nam przydzielono pokój 201F. W pokoju brak telefonu wewnętrznego, więc wszystkie sprawy i zapytania trzeba załatwiać na recepcji, która jest w innym budynku. W czasie naszego pobytu w stołówce znajdującej się bezpośrednio pod nami, oddzielonej jednym piętrem, odbywała się impreza z bardzo głośną muzyką, okrzykami DJ’a i gości. Mimo kilkukrotnego kontaktu telefonicznego z recepcją z prośbą o interwencję, zabawa trwała do 2.35 (sic!), po czym przez kolejne 40 minut odbywało się bardzo głośne sprzątanie z przestawianiem i szuraniem krzesłami oraz stołami. Cisza zapadła dopiero o godz. 3.15 nad ranem… Jeśli tego typu huczne zabawy mają miejsce w hotelu, to powinno się uprzedzać potencjalnych klientów, żeby mieli świadomość, do jakiego miejsca przyjeżdżają. ZDECYDOWANIE ODRADZAM Blue Mountain Resort osobom szukającym spokoju i wytchnienia w górach.

Polecam wizytę w hotelu Blue Mountain. Dobre jedzenie dla dzieci I dorosłych. Dużo animacji. Pokoje przestronne. Basen z ciepła wodą, zjeżdżalnie w srodku i na zewnątrz- również na plus. Zwierzęta mile widziane. Dobra lokalizacja do górskich wędrówek.

Hotel super. Pokoje duże i przestronne, każdy z przeszklonym balkonem. Wielką zaletą jest aneks kuchenny. Łazienka duża dobrze wyposażona i funkcjonalna. Obsługa bardzo profesjonalna. Animacje jak i dodatkowe atrakcje dla dzieci petarda. Moja 5 letnia córeczka byla zachwycona. Aquapark oraz strefa saun super. Jedzenie w restauracji spełnilo moje oczekiwania. Wieczory urozmaicone. Our family stayed in apartament deluxe. It was spacious and clean but very basic. We did not understand why the closet was situated in the kitchen. There was no closet in the bedroom. We did not cook so I am not sure how well the kitchen is equipped. The hotel is very nice, there are two restaurants open during the weekend. The Blue restaurant was OK but the Green restaurant was very small and crowded which made us uncomfortable. The food was good. We were not happy with the animation program.
