Family-friendly hotel, very clean,
Breakfast left nothing to be desired.
Pool area very large and great for children. However, we had to pay for a change of towels this time. We were there for the 7th time.
The spa area was great as always.
We would love to come back.

Byliśmy już w Blue 3x i jak zawsze było rewelacyjnie :) Obsługa, jedzenie, animacje i przede wszystkim atrakcje dla dzieci, których jest bardzo dużo. Z pewnością jeszcze tu wrócimy.

Mamy trójkę dzieci i już 3x byliśmy w tym hotelu. Jak zwykle jesteśmy z niego bardzo zadowoleni. Bardzo duża ilość atrakcji i animacji sprawiają, że nawet rodzice z tak dużą ekipą są w stanie wypocząć na urlopie. Jeszcze tu wrócimy :)

Small gift, then it is fantastic the animations and the equipment of the hotel is great Breakfast is okay , dinners are not good -mainly the warm food Be aware that the tap water is your and not good to drink you have to bring some water with you. There are no water tanks. The staff can’t only speak polish

Very cosy resort with many amenities like gym and swimming pool with slides. The location is very close to the national park allowing for quick hikes to the waterfall. The city is relatively close but in the winter you need to walk in the dark. Staff is very polite and willing to help. It’s our 4th time here
