Spedzilismy dwie noce w hotelu. Z całą pewnością nie jest to hotel 5*, max 4* i warto mieć to na uwadzę wybierając to miejsce ma wypoczynek. Na plus: 1/relatywnie blisko do wyciągu, ale warto mieć na uwadze że jest dość strome podejście. 2/Duże pokoje. 3/W restauracji bardzo mili kelnerzy Na minus: 1/ brak parkingu - na miejscu okazalo sie ze miejsce parkingowe trzeba rezerwować, o czym nie zostalismy poinformowani w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji. Zaproponowano nam parking w hotelu vis a vis za 60zl/dobę. 2/ przeciętne jedzenie a la carte w restauracji 3/ totalny chaos na recepcji, recepcjonistka źle pozamawiala ski busy do Harrachova, w efekcie czego moj mąż z dzieckiem ponad godzinę czekali w Czechach na kierowcę. I coś co mialo byc na plus (dojazd z/do hotelu) okazalo sie doświadczeniem przypieczętowującym zle wrażenie z pobytu. 4/ standard pokoi hotelowych (pokój superior): niestety nie jest to 5*: kiepskiej jakości wykończenie i same meble, taniutkie panele na podlodze, niewygodny materac, zarwana sofa, poduszki poliestrowe (co w 5*nie powinno mieć miejsca). Generalnie: nieadekwatny stosunek ceny do jakości, nie przyjedziemy tu kolejny raz.

Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu, jednak jest to obiekt na poziomie max. 4 gwiazdek według nas. Są niedociągnięcia, któryehotel powinien naprawić. Jedzenie smaczne, jednak niezbyt duży wybór i tłumy ludzi. Po skończeniu się owoców, deserów na kolacji, lodówka stała pusta i produkty nie były już donoszone tak wiec nie mieliśmy okazji spróbować. Na śniadanie natomiast nie było gorącej czekolady/kakao w automacie. Brakowało też kubków, szklanek. W kranie woda gorąca pojawia się dopiero po odczekaniu dłuższej chwili. Poza tym przyjemna strefa SPA. Duży parking podziemny. Pozdrawiamy

Schönes Hotel, hat aber einfach viel zu viel Zimmer für die vorhandene Infrastruktur . Zu wenig Parkplätze, zu kleines Restaurant zu kleiner Spa/Wellnessbereich. Das Reinigungspersonal versteht nur polnisch, ist aber auch etwas unfreundlich und tauscht eigentlich nur Wasser und Handtücher aus nicht mal die Betten werden gemacht. Essen ist für Fleisch – Esser gut, alle andern müssen ziemlich suchen und auch für Kinder ist nicht wirklich was dabei, beim Buffet. À la carte dauert sehr lange! Haben teilweise über 1 Stunde auf das Essen gewartet und hatten es nicht gleichzeitig auf dem Tisch. Qualität des à la carte Essen aber gut. Personal ist bemüht, aber man merkt, dass sie viel zu tun haben. Der Saunabereich ist eher ein Durchgangsbereichen zum Jacuzzi, eigentlich nur ab 16 Jahren trotzdem rennen dort bis 22:00 Uhr noch Kleinkinder rum und schreien. Der Ruhebereich umfasst vier harte Plastikliegen, die direkt im Durchgang liegen zwischen Tür zum Jacuzzi und Tür zum Pool stehen. Aufgüsse muss man selber machen, dass ist eigentlich kein Problem, wenn denn alles dafür da wäre.

Bardzo komfortowy Hotel, nie rozumiem dlaczego tak jest nisko oceniany na portalu Tripadvisor, pokoje dobrze nowocześnie urządzone, łóżka komfortowe, materace wygodne. This hotel is very nice for stay, they have really nice treatment for their guests !Luxurious apartments and also luxurious wellness area (Steam sauna, Infrared sauna, Finnish Sauna, heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi! What we liked: - We had privilege room, so we had Two story room and it was huge - Really nice fitness centre - everything in this hotel shine bright - breakfast we’re fantastic, there was everything what you need for nice stay. - In rooms was everything what we needed and also something extra what we didn’t expected -Really nice price for this stay What we didn’t like: - Staff is not speaking in English properly, because this is 5 star hotel I would expect speaking in English everybody - Very small parking lot in front of the hotel, last day somebody said to us, that there is a garage - nobody on reception said something like that to us - this receptionist said to us that we can keep car where ever is some space. Thank you very much.

Modern and stylish hotel with everything a family needs. Superior room is extra spacious and more than enough for a family of 4. Wonderful SPA, warm and clean pool and jacuzzi. We were dissapointed by quite unpleasant restaurant staff and a fact, that they clean breakfast raut tables in the evening, so it kind of discust one while eating dinner. Other con was the housekeeping: during a six-day stay, they didn't change the sheets even once, didnt clean the floor every day and they made the bed worse than I do it myself (I had to redo it after them and I am really not a cleaning freak). Value it yourself by the photos attached.

We stayed here 4 adults and 1 child and found hotel to be relaxing and chilled place. There is lovely pool not too big but we never struggled to use it. Outside jacuzzi is lovely and the setting with the trees 🌲 is just perfect. We found breakfast to have plenty of choice. I would only ask for maybe a better options / quality of coffee during breakfast. There is a children play room which we used. From booking to check out this was a relaxing place.

We’ve spent wonderful time with kids. Hotel has an excellent restaurant, especially breakfast is very rich, and they have modern and tasty drinks on a bar. What is important it’s close to the ski arena and promenade but hidden in a small forest. You can relax in outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi
