Hotel Klimczok Resort&Spa

Wonderful place - mainlyThe advantage of this place is the staff. The best bartender I've ever met: Mr. Wojtek, the amazing manager of the restaurant: Mr. Adam, the excellent Chef: Mr. Tomek. I come here with my family at least once a year, it's all because of the staff. There are probably many nicer looking and more modern hotels in Poland, but I've probably never met anywhere else such a guest-focused staff as the crew of the Klimczok hotel.

Globally very good conditions, 1 topic to be improve it is lift, 1 lift too little and its availability limited, room standard LUX very clean and looking nice, comfortable for 4 person family, would be excellent to have separated sleeping room but cannot complain about quality. Food at restaurant is as well on good quality level, staff friendly, many things to do like bowling, ping pong, Bilard, football table, swimming pool with sauna, fitness area.

We come here regularly because of some people from the hotel staff who create an amazing atmosphere. Bartender - Mr. Wojtek simply reads the minds of pub guests and guests don't want to leave the Highlander Pub because they feel really wecome. The hotel serves excellent cuisine and has a great chef.

Super hotel in a very good location. Peace and quiet and a view over the mountains at breakfast. Excellent location as a starting point for hiking and cycling to Klimczok and then to Szyndzielnia and also close to Wisła and Energylandia. The hotel has a bicycle storage room and cooperates with a bicycle rental which is a big plus. Very nice and competent staff and especially the gentleman who greets guests at breakfast and dinner, you can see that he loves his job. The chef is simply a master. Both breakfasts and dinners were very good based on regional cuisine. For children there is an additional very extensive menu at dinner time as well as a delicious soup from 13:00 to 14:00.The Highlander Pub offers an extensive menu as well as drinks. The hunter's soup with mushrooms is a masterpiece. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and rooms cleaned regularly. We will definitely return to Klimczok Hotel in winter.

One of the best hotels in Poland. Its main advantage = staff = all workers are very kind and helpful. We usually travel with children and the staff tries to do everything to help us with the kids and to make kids feel good. You may always count on staff's kindness and understanding when you need something. A wonderful place.

Great for a family stay, with exceptionally good food in a form of an open buffet. Friendly and helpful service, nice pool with warm water (could be bigger but great fun for kids). Kids playroom is missing space for parents to chill out, take a coffee, read a book, but my daughter liked it a lot. Big highlight were evening animations for kids. SPA services professional and a good escape to relax. Would be ideal if more common space to spend time with kids and socialize.
