Rooms were not ready at promised check in time. My room had an open ceiling tile. Requested an extra blanket via the app but never provided. The front desk provided me with a sheet… not too helpful. I realize that this is supposed to be a “budget offering” but no microwaves in the rooms? Check out is 11am but at 10, the housekeeping staff tried to get into our room. Not a great experience.

Booked by my friend on points. Visisted this place a few place in the past. The hotel's lobby is currently under renovation. The room provided had 2 double beds, large LCD TV, clean bathroom, coffee maker, fridge, the usual. View of street was decent. Did not have breakfast at hotel...free breakfast on Residence Inn side whereas on Courtyard side, it was for pay. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking on premise but it can get full...about 15$ They do have a decent pool and self laundry, Good option

The TV doesn't work, the internet doesn't work, 4th floor, and it has been like that from last night when I checked in until 9 this morning. Nice staff, good location in Syracuse, but poorly operating and showing signs of going bankrupt.

It’s been a little too noisy in the middle of the night with loud music from passing cars. Also, I noticed an unexpected charge on my card that wasn’t on the invoice. I’ve called twice, but no one has been able to explain what the charge is for.

Close to many restaurants and easy walkability. The bathrooms were outdated especially the shower area requires a thorough cleaning. Loud outside noise on the 4th floor.
