The room is large, but the comfort of the bedding is average, and there are unwashed stains on the sheets. The service was not average. The next morning, room service broke into the room twice without saying hello. When someone was found in the room, they did not say sorry. They acted like nothing was wrong and pushed to check out. It's entirely because I can finish the work early and rush you by intruding. The first time he opened the door and broke in was before nine o'clock, which was outrageous, and the second time was at ten-thirty. The hotel's stipulated check-out time is 11 noon... It's really rude to urge you in this way before the time. When you left, the room service staff looked at you with a straight face (the room service staff is a black lady), which was very rude and rude! The front desk is also very rude. They refuse to give me a water bill or anything else they ask for. They just push back and forth. The eggs for breakfast were stinky. I don’t know how many days they had been there before they were eaten. The milk was gone and it was new. A very bad stay experience. No wonder Hilton is almost closed in China. Compared with Marriott Group, it is really far behind.

The second stay was obviously not as good as the first time. The deposit was 50 knives the first time and 150 knives the second time. The service attitude was not good and the needed bottled water and band-aids were not available.

I was upgraded to room 404, walked in horrible cigarette smoke and the air conditioning didn’t work. Found the manager of house keeping to confirm and let the front desk know that it wasn’t me. They did switch me to room 423 (downgraded). Room was clean and air worked. Best breakfast at a Hampton that I have had. Christina the manager was awesome. Emily was very helpful. Pete was great when I made my reservations.

The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. A bit off the beaten path, so unless you have your own vehicle, accessing local eateries might be complicated, but otherwise, and excellent place to stay.

An amazing experience!!
We arrived late at the hotel because there were torrential downpours while driving. So the weather delayed our arrival. During the drive one of my wipers also fell apart. So we arrived at the hotel and were exhausted. We were greeted by this delightful female at the front desk who not only greeted with a smile but also gave the address of a local valvoline. She told us that we can purchase new wipers there and they will also install them. She then proceeded to write the address down on a piece of paper along with the time that it’s opening in the morning. She was beyond helpful and managed to put a smile on our faces after such a horrible 4 and a half hour drive. The hotel was beyond amazing. Everything looked brand new and spotless. We actually even went to the gym to release some of the stress from the drive, it was very impressive. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be staying at the hotel. Loved the hotel, staff and the delicious breakfast!!!

Nice but ...
Overall the stay was good. Towels smelled of chlorine, one of the entry doors stuck several times trying to get in and there was a loose faucet handle, The rooms are new and well kept otherwise and the breakfast fare was fresh and the staff helpfull. Overall a great stay.
