Great location, easy to access to George Street, and there is a shops/restaurants arcade next to the building! Building carpark is very secure and convenient ($35 dollar a day with unlimited in & out), highly recommend for staying!!

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it left a great impression. The location couldn't be better - extremely convenient for getting around the city and close to all the main attractions I wanted to visit. The room was surprisingly spacious, much larger than I expected from the photos online. There was plenty of room to move around comfortably, and I didn't feel cramped at all despite having my luggage spread out. The extra space really made the short stay feel more relaxing. While my stay was brief, everything I needed was easily accessible thanks to the prime location. I was able to walk to dinner and explore the neighborhood without any hassle. For a quick overnight stay, this hotel delivered exactly what I was looking for - comfort and convenience. I'd definitely consider staying here again for future trips, especially if I need that perfect central location.

Not my first time staying here, it’s my go to stay area because of convenience, close to town hall station, Woolworth and a lot of restaurants in the area. It’s usually quite pricey but book in advance and you could potentially snag a good rate.

Cleaning need to be more thorough. Many places still have hair, towels stains, etc... but overall acceptable. Lift is always very slow in the morning and satops every level. Once, I had to wait 15 minutes and it was full, so I used the emergency stairs from level 23. Lastly, the door is very heavy to open/close and it needs to be slower when auto closed to avoid hitting the fingers (especially children). Could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

A deluxe accommodation located in the heart of Sydney City --- extremely convenient and accessible to transportation, restaurants, and entertainment. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Free carpark for visiting guests is a great gesture. We really enjoyed our stay there over the Easter Weekend. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit to Sydney.

Great location and good amenities but could be cleaner and the room feels dated and the room smelt stale without adequate AC. The view was nice though.

The room was clean, tidy and nice view. We all like it and would stay in this hotel on our next trip to Sydney.

Beautiful stay, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Hand soap in the washroom could be re-thought, e.g. soap pump dispenser, shower heads could be updated. Great location, friendly and professional staff, good buffet breakfast and there is parking on-site.
