Great central location, rooms are good size and spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern, and customer service on point
Only issue is that the breakfast area is small and you may need to wait a while during peak periods (8-9am)

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station (as it is a slight downhill).
The staff, from being met with a wide smile by the concierge to the check-in staff, are friendly, professional and just a joy to interact with.
The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is good, but very few Asian options available.
It should be noted that Google maps is not truthful about the fact this part of Sydney is "mostly flat"... so walking shoes are a MUST as the hotel is so very close to a number of wonderful places to see, explore and enjoy a meal.

Location is good. Staff is helpful. However, the bathtub wasn’t like being cleaned. Also, while I appreciated the environmental friendly attitude of the hotel, it’s very inconvenient for the traveller when there is no toothbrush. And the slippers provided is flip flop, I would prefer slippers.

Location is King, it’s within walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, QVB. Walking distance to bus stops, light rail stop and subway., so you can literally spidering out anywhere in Sydney. The room I already check in was a standard room which I reserved, it’s a very nice room, however, the TV was not working and took the engineer over 20 minutes still not able to fix it. Per my request in changing to another room (which I expected to be another standard room), gratefully they offered me a better room on the top floor with a side view of Sydney bridge on the balcony
Most hotels will encourage its guests to leave towels on the rack for environmental reason. Yet they always changed it anyway. And the Radisson Blu Plaza is the one hotel whose house keeping do really leave your towel on the rack. Well done.
Knowledge on tourist attraction varies from one concierge from another. Really see if you are lucky that day. But overall I highly recommend this hotel in terms of service , location, comfort and hospitality
I planned to have a dip in the hotel pool before heading to airport. Yet it’s not possible with a number of kids playing balls and making big splash dive into the pool, making other people using the pool not possible. Security guards were there twice to stop that, yet the moment they left, activities resumed. Hope the parents can be more considerate as it’s not a big pool

Outstanding venue, friendly staff and great amenities.
Would definitely have prolonged my stay here if I’d have known it would be this good.
Staff upgraded me upon arrival to a larger room with a balcony and allowed a slightly later checkout of 1pm to accommodate my work calls from the room.
Wifi was great, very clean room & would definitely stay here again.

What a relieve when I checked into the Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney! Had a total rip-off by the Sydney Harbour Marriott two blocks away. Marriott is 3-star pretending to be a 5-star. Radisson is a 5-star presenting like a 5-star. Radisson is miles ahead in every aspects compared to the Marriott, Room amenities are so much better, newer and modern, and breakfast is way better too! Bathroom with a tub is a joy compared to the Marriott that don’t even have a door separating the shower.

This was a 5 star hotel when built many years ago. Now it is a very well appointed hotel which has great sized rooms, an amazing bed and a average bathroom in which there is no attention to detail. The lroom was very quiet and comfortable. The pool facilities were noisy and outdated with too many kids running around.

The location of this hotel is good and it is convenient to go anywhere.
Because I was traveling with my children and had a lot of luggage, I didn't want to bother, so I chose to stay for 9 consecutive days. The hygiene of this hotel is really poor. The cups are not clean, the pillows and quilts are also stained, there are cockroaches, termites, and various small flying insects in the room. I was bitten several times. (I took photos and videos for Ctrip customer service)
The service is not good. Even if the disposable slippers are broken after a few days of use, they will not take the initiative to change them.
The air conditioner broke down on the first day of moving in. It rang every ten minutes. I asked the front desk and someone was sent to repair it. They told us that all the air conditioners here are like this. It is recommended to turn off the air conditioner when sleeping, so I slept with the air conditioner turned off every night.
Until the 6th night, the air conditioner was completely broken. Even if it was turned off, it kept making noises. So I packed my luggage for more than an hour at 11:30 pm, and moved from the twin bed room on the 10th floor to a large bed room on the lower floor opposite the construction site in the early morning. The towels were all dirty, and next door was the cleaning utility room. It was very noisy in the morning, and I almost didn't sleep all night.
The next day at noon, with the help of Ctrip's customer service, I packed my luggage again and moved to a twin room on the 11th floor. After such a hassle... the hotel did not apologize or compensate me...
In addition, when I booked the hotel, the order included Chinese courtesy services in Chinese. In fact, no one in this hotel can speak Chinese, and this service does not exist at all.
The hotel price, sanitary conditions and services do not match at all. Friends who have high requirements for hygiene should choose carefully. In short, it is not recommended.
