Very convenient location if u drive, just next to M4. Breakfast is not too bad, can request for vegetarian sausages.

We stayed there to break our journey. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good👍 Our room was very clean too. Such good value for money! Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect for short stop near the motorway

Not only did this hotel charge over 300 for one night, they then had the ordasity to give me a parking fine. If there was a requirement to report my registration number to them, then they should have asked for it at the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the M4 in Swindon. We used it as a stop off while driving dueing the night. The hotel itself was very festively decorated with lots of Christmas decorations, which was great, ot felt very warm and welcoming. The 24 hour reception desk was one of the reasons we chose the hotel as we were arriving at midnight and the staff memver who checked us in was very professional and welcoming. The car park only had a few spaces left which worried us but we did get a space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was no heating in our room. There is no central heating so they have put in A/C/heater units on the walls. Our seemed to be broken as it blew out cold air for 30 minutes before we decided to turn it off. We had been travelling for 26 hours at that point and it was gone midnight so I didn't want to go back to the reception desk and risk having to change rooms when we were already so tired. So we layered up and went to bed with jumpers & socks. I asked for a portable heater the next morning at breakfast and they put one in within 5 minutes so that getting ready in the morning wasn't so cold. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the team. There is no heating in the bathroom either. It was a shame because everything else about the hotel was fine. The breakfast was good too. Perfect for a 1 night stop-over. However, I wouldn't recommend it for winter.

Close to M4, do easy to get to. Room a little dated and tired. Wifi good and room had air conditioning. Breakfast like a cattle mart, needs to have a simple solution that people walk in one way and out another. Bed uncomfortable and as the room was on M4 side noisy if window open. Room near lift, so was a little noisy from people in hall way.

It was a nice accommodation experience for us. Cosy accommodation and great price.
