JJia Jia XThe location is great, with plenty of bus stops nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are McDonald’s and cafés within walking distance, so food options are easy to find. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and even helped me print my train ticket. The breakfast selection is quite complete and reasonably priced—better than looking for breakfast outside. I didn’t really like the bathroom design , it’s not convenient for hanging clothes or getting changed, and it can be a bit troublesome if two friends are sharing the room.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! GGuest UserSecond stay in this hotel. This time I stayed for 3 days. Things were ok but there were a couple of details that were not up to I expected. Unfortunately, pool and steam room were still under renovations so only sauna was available. One of the days, the cleaning lady took all my bath towels and forgot to replenish it and she just left me with only a single hand towel. I had to do to the front office to ask for a set of bath towels to take shower. Shout out to Joaquim from front office, that he actually after his shift came up to hand me a new set of towels. Also on the second day during breakfast I took an egg that was supposed to be boiled and after I cracked it, I made a mess of myself and the table, as the kitchen staff had put raw eggs on display, instead of boiled eggs. I will still eventually choose to stay in this hotel as it has an amazing co-working lobby, a nice bar and an overall nice atmosphere, but these 2 events were not very pleasant.

GGuest UserI chose a room with a balcony. While not huge, the layout was compact and felt very cozy. It had basic kitchenware and a washing machine, which was very convenient for a longer stay. However, the room wasn't cleaned daily; only trash bags and towels were changed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a balcony for morning stretches and breakfast was delightful. Of course, the location is excellent, right by a subway entrance and within walking distance to Freedom Square. Perfect!

AAngelalanlanThe common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building.

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

GGuest UserThe location is quite off from any decent metro if you're with a big luggage. The cobbled path is just not walker friendly, I did not have this information throughout hotel booking or through Google Map. However, I took a private hire after checking out from the hotel and did not bother by the cobbled path at all. Btw, please fixed the broken tiles right in front of your revolving main door, so the guests can have a smooth entrance and exit with their luggages, much appreciated!

GGuest UserIt was a very nice holiday and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was very varied, and there was something for everyone. The proximity to the airport was noticeable, but not really a problem; the construction work at the hotel will eventually finish, so all is well. 👌🏼 What wasn't so great for me, as a fresh air enthusiast, was that we couldn't open the windows. Despite the air conditioning, the air quality in the room wasn't good (even though the air conditioning was running constantly)! Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍🏻
