"The triple room was comfortable and just the right size. I have to commend the shower pressure in the bathroom; it was absolutely perfect, and I felt like all the day's fatigue was washed away after showering. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dining area had a large floor-to-ceiling window, which put me in a great mood. I made sure to eat a hearty breakfast every morning before heading out! The location is fantastic, less than a minute's walk from the subway station, and the surroundings are very quiet. At the same time, there's a huge department store nearby, so I never worried about not having a place to shop in the evenings. The bed was also very comfortable, though the pillows were a little firm. Overall, my six-night stay was excellent, and the room rate was relatively inexpensive. Highly recommended!"

Amazing
WWodetianxianneMy most satisfying stay ever! The hotel is relatively new, located north of Avenida da Liberdade. There's a metro station right outside, and if you walk down the avenue, you'll reach the old town – easily walkable if you're up for it. The room was huge, and the 2.2-meter bed was incredibly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe! The staff were super friendly and helpful; whenever I called for water or extra blankets, they were very prompt. One day, we weren't feeling well outside the hotel, and a staff member quickly brought us tissues. There's also a cool light show at 10 PM.

GGuest UserThe room was great! The only downside was that the hotel lobby and the room itself had a very strong, almost overpowering, perfumed scent. It was a bit too pungent for me, and I imagine it could be quite bothersome for anyone sensitive to strong fragrances.

GGuest UserI spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

AAlbi LisboaImportant Considerations for Travelers: - If you book a room with breakfast included and have an early flight on your departure day, consider purchasing breakfast separately. The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. I’ve attached a photo of the bar below for reference.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending! I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.

GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.
