ヤマト18The room was very clean. It had a luxurious feel, and when we checked in, we were offered a tropical drink. There are casinos and a shopping mall nearby, so I think you'll have a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe hygiene, environment, and service were excellent, nothing to complain about. Initially, I was given a room on the right-hand corridor off the elevator. Rooms in this location are directly on a thoroughfare, so the sounds of people talking and walking were incredibly loud. I didn't get any sleep that night. When I tried to communicate with the front desk, my English wasn't great, so the communication was a bit difficult. Luckily, Trip.com actively helped us communicate and eventually arranged a quiet room. However, there was a female staff member at the pool who seemed to discriminate against Chinese people. She clearly served two drinks at 9 PM, but when she saw I was Chinese, she insisted it was only one, while foreigners received two. This kind of service staff can bring a lot of negative impact to the hotel. I hope the hotel takes this seriously. Most importantly, the hotel's beach is extremely small, and the hotel itself is quite isolated. You can only stay within the hotel premises; going out requires a car. When booking hotels abroad, don't book too many days at once. If you need to check out early, Trip.com always gives evasive answers, saying the hotel won't allow refunds, implying that Trip.com has signed unfair clauses with the hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival.

GGuest UserTraveling to the Philippines, I landed in Cebu and was worried about finding a good hotel. I booked one online beforehand, and it turned out to be quite a good value for money. Getting a taxi was also convenient. It was much better than I expected, hehe.

LLilia PedejeroMy family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.” The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others.

GGuest UserA wonderful hotel right by the sea. It's small, with only 8 rooms (if I remember correctly). All the rooms are large, clean, and beautiful. There's no TV, but that didn't bother us at all. They have their own reef where you can swim with turtles and various fish. They also organize transport with a driver for trips to see sharks and waterfalls. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food. We absolutely loved everything and didn't even leave the hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThis was a wonderful resort with many villas. I couldn't hide my delight at the fact that the beach was right in front of my room as soon as I stepped out. There was a pot of water at the entrance to wash off sand, which was very convenient. The cleaning staff kept the cottage entrance spotless every day. We spent two incredibly satisfying days exploring several pools, relaxing under big trees, participating in aerial activities from the private beach, and watching our children search for sea creatures. We also enjoyed delicious meals every night at their sister grill restaurant, making this a definite place to return to. I'd love to visit again, even next year! By the way, the aerial activities are not recommended for those who get seasick.

GGuest UserThe island was beautiful and we really loved the place. However, I was disappointed with the drone policy. Even though I already had a permit, drone flying was only allowed in one specific area, which did not feel safe because it was surrounded by water. It would be better to provide safer and more flexible flying locations for visitors with approved permits.

AAina M. L. LoronaI had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

GGuest UserI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.
