A stay at LETOH LETOH Gran Vía places you in the heart of Madrid, steps from Gran Via and Plaza de España - Princesa. This hotel is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) from Royal Palace of Madrid and 0.6 mi (1 km) from Puerta del Sol. Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, tour/ticket assistance, and a vending machine. Satisfy your appetite at the hotel's coffee shop/cafe. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Make yourself at home in one of the 90 air-conditioned rooms featuring LED televisions. Your bed comes with down comforters and premium bedding. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers.

"The hotel is conveniently located, with a train station within easy walking distance within 10 mins, making it very accessible for travel. The reception staff provided good service and were helpful throughout the stay. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortably cool, and the shower had a reliable supply of hot water. However, the room itself felt a bit small, and the television was positioned very close to the bathroom area, which made the layout slightly awkward and easy to bump into if not careful."

The Social Hub Madrid

Overall, the hotel's location is unbeatable 👍. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and you can even walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite 😊, and the room itself was clean with no major issues. However, during my three-night stay, my towels were never replaced. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they just left them, but the most ridiculous thing was that I had hung a wet towel to dry, and the cleaning staff actually folded it back up and put it in its original spot. This caused the towel to develop a musty smell 🤢, which was really unpleasant. Additionally, the rubber seal on the shower door was loose and had come off, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor when showering 💧. This made the entire floor wet, and the facility maintenance could definitely be improved. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these details. After all, with such a great location, it would be perfect if the cleaning and maintenance were better 🙏.

comfy place, nice staff, but you need to bring your own hair dryer. Sometimes it’s noisy downstairs but acceptable for me. People here are super nice and outgoing. A bit far from metro but close to attractions. 2 supermarket nearby, super convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

Everything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

I stayed at this hotel again, and I'd like to thank the lobby manager for arranging a room with a terrace on the 10th floor. It was so comfortable to enjoy the cool evening breeze there. The hotel breakfast was superb, and for dinner, I tried their one-kilogram steak, which is supposedly the best in Europe – it was incredibly tender and delicious.

The room was spotless and very tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Maybe we were lucky, as we didn't encounter any of the bizarre issues mentioned in other reviews. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, and they kindly checked if our room could be prepared early. We were fortunate to get an early check-in. Everything went smoothly! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! There was such a wide variety that it was easy to get overwhelmed and accidentally eat too much. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day. The yogurt bar left a strong impression: thick yogurt, individual cream cheese balls, and cubed cheese curds, all served with nuts, sunflower seeds, dried plums, and dried dates. You could grab a ceramic bowl and mix and match to your heart's content. One bowl like that would keep me full until evening! 😄😄 It's a shame I didn't take any photos; I honestly forgot. The hotel was very thoughtful, with three coffee and tea stations. There was also a separate area with packaged snacks and drinks; it was really thoughtful for tourists to grab a couple on their way out. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

The best thing about this hostel is the staff, who are always very friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if they are running with a reduced team, but the room is being cleaned later than before. This was the first time I shared a room with a team of your men that was far from hygienic and properly civilized. Therefore, tardiness in the room cleaning service left no one able to stand the bad smell from sweaty clothes, sneakers, and shoes scattered everywhere, as well as the remains of food, and who knows what. Common showers and toilets are being affected by a lack of maintenance and a budget shortfall: shampoo not refilled, no shower carpets, the shower hanger broke and was not replaced, damage to the shower and WC doors, the dining room floor has deteriorated, etc. These issues are not severe, but it is a matter of time before the management takes proper measures. Regarding the dining room floor, it is a pebble floor in a historical building maintained on a very low budget, which means the magnificent mosaics are repaired, losing the original drawings, simply because the assembly team works under time pressure and lacks quality control. Where before they had beautiful compositions with elegant colors, they are now starting to get randomly replaced tiles that no longer follow the pattern (the tiles are there, but not in the right place). It is starting to affect the building's historical architecture.

Their room key had problem when one go out after check-in, making it not working deliberately for security, that’s they said, even I went to eat something in their restaurant, after that room key was not working I couldn’t enter my room and ask validation again at front desk. I never experienced such manner over the world. I don’t like revisiting later

Very nice hostel located near the metro and walkable distance from Cibeles (City stop for Airport Bus) and Atocha (Train station for departures to south Spain). Separate toilet, sink, and shower, is always a sign of good hostels. Could be better if there were individual curtains for beds and nightstand or ledge to put small items

It's a bit underwhelming for an Ibis chain, but overall, it's better than the average hotel in Spain for the price. Close to the metro, and in spring, you can enjoy the almond blossoms in the park across the street.
