GGuest User⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

Ffei81Pro: The room itself was good. Clean and comfortable. Cons: I also need to mention that i was travelling with medicine that needs to be in certain temperature. When i arrived, i asked them to put my ice gel in freezer. I mention this 3 times. Its supposed to be in freezer, not refrigerator. They still put my ice gel in refrigerator so the ice gel is not frozen when i need it. It seems nothing for you, but for someone who needs the medicine it is actually very important. Another incident: i go down to receptions for tooth brush, receptions said they will send it to my room. I waited and nobody came. Then i called, the receptions told me to go to receptions again to pick the tooth brush because he found noone can send to the room. Then why didn’t he just gave it when i go to receptions the first time. There is nothing wrong with your hotel but please train your receptions better.

IIwaaa610I booked a family room, and the sofa bed was a large and spacious double. The only issue was that room 305 had a TV with a poor signal, causing a pixelated screen. If you're looking to watch the World Cup or any other game, definitely avoid this room. Secondly, the air conditioner had a loud hum, which seemed to be a compressor issue. However, a good workaround was to turn down the fan speed, and it quieted down considerably. Other than that, there were no other major problems. The staff's response time was very quick, including fixing the AC (even though they just removed and cleaned the filter, their attitude was excellent, and they responded promptly). The day before leaving, I asked a male front desk staff member to help me book a taxi to the airport, and I was very grateful for his help with my luggage and seeing me off. Their English was also excellent (perhaps due to many English-speaking guests), so there were no communication problems whatsoever. The only downside was that when I booked, I saw comments saying Madrid isn't that big and you can take a taxi anywhere, which led me to book this hotel. In reality, a more central location would be more convenient for getting around. Even though the hotel is near Retiro Park, it's a 6-minute walk to the metro station, and there are buses nearby, but getting to the city center still takes over half an hour, and a taxi to El Corte Inglés takes 28 minutes... (considering it was 40-degree weather, you really don't want to walk that long). However, the fact that there were often taxis waiting right outside the hotel made up for this quite well. All in all, it was decent, but if you can choose a hotel in a more central, well-located area, go for that. If you want a quiet location with considerate, warm, and friendly staff, then choose this hotel. The room's mini-bar came with many complimentary drinks. There's a Carrefour just a 4-minute walk away, and many Chinese restaurants catering to Spanish people nearby, but Uber Eats can deliver better food from the city center in about an hour. They close late, around 11-12 PM in the summer, which is nice.

LLatuoweiyawanglanI stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

GGuest UserGreat location, very close to Goya station. Most of Madrid's main attractions are just a few stops away. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. One day we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so no room cleaning was done. In the evening, a staff member brought extra towels and toilet paper. The drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Dda vidLocated in a middle-class residential area, the surroundings are quite peaceful, yet the hotel boasts excellent transportation links. The subway is just a five-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. You can even walk to the palace or take a bus from the hotel entrance. There are several supermarkets conveniently located just a right turn from the hotel entrance. Every staff member at the hotel is incredibly warm and helpful. There was a previous review mentioning an elderly person in their seventies being asked to pay extra and then being kicked out; that's simply a Chinese elder trying to take advantage and then twisting the facts when it didn't work out. It's completely untrue and shouldn't be believed. It's truly irresponsible that Trip.com would publish such a review along with photos showing people's faces.

JJaniceEverything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

PPrimeFamilyIt was such a welcoming and pleasant stay after the rather disappointingly unclean stay at St.Christopher Hostel (near Gare Du Nord) in Paris. Just 4 beds, cheerful, friendly and accommodating staff (not like the grumpy ones at St.Christopher's), a private bathroom (though we were a bit less happy with the cleaners not attending the request to clean it soon enough). Very well placed close to a major Train and Bus Station with direct buses to the Airport. And a pretty good breakfast (could have had a couple more veg options). And they had fun activities almost everyday. One of the staff even gave us a Travel Card with trips to recharge and use (so considerate and nice of him). Also, made a great Moroccan friend there. Overall a Wonderful Experience! Certainly recommend this over many more places seen on ***********. (side recommendation: *********** isn't worth Booking on anymore, unless you wish to Reserve and Pay @ Hotel).

QQuoc123Good hotel room, very nice morning buffet with lots of different dishes. Hotel's restaurant at late night also serves pretty fancy food. Also, I really loved the free water and drink dispenser there. Got myself lots of free hot milk and fruit flavor water there. Would really recommend this place!
