I was really disappointed ❌❌ Environment: The environment of the hotel is OK Hygiene: Hygiene is not in place, there is a hair left by the last customer on the floor of the toilet area Facilities: The smart device is immature, and I have not been able to complete it according to the instructions after shouting several times; as said in the comment area, when the lights in the whole house are extinguished in the sleep mode, the lights in the toilets in the corridor area will suddenly turn on at night and need to be manually turned off; The hotel introduction interface says there is a refrigerator, but there is no actual Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

MmccccccI had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate. The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and quiet, and the kind lady at the front desk even upgraded our room type. Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying. Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here. Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

LLijie5678The hotel is located in Shunde New District. We chose this five-star hotel because it was close to Changlu Tourist Resort, which we planned to visit the next day. If you're looking to shop, this isn't the place for you; it's nearly a 30-minute taxi ride to Huagai Commercial Pedestrian Street. The environment is excellent, right next to Binhe Park. Make sure to book a river view room – you'll get great views of the sightseeing promenade and the river, plus fireworks at night. However, the service was very mediocre. The room was advertised for three people, but they wouldn't provide an extra bed or even an additional blanket. Housekeeping was really poor. Also, the sink was unusually high; you'd need to be around 1.8 meters tall to use it comfortably, which is quite unfriendly for shorter people, especially many Cantonese. During the May Day holiday, they definitely overcharged, with rates between 1200-1500 per night. The value for money was extremely low.

The location is excellent, right next to a main road, making it very convenient for taxis or driving yourself, and there's plenty of parking. The room facilities are very well maintained; all the lights and appliances work smoothly without any issues. The WiFi is stable, perfect for online work and video conferences without any lag. The soundproofing is also very effective, blocking out most noise from the hallway and outside, which led to a very high quality of rest. The staff are responsive; room service arrived quickly after I called. Their service was just right – not intrusive, but always available when needed. I'm truly satisfied with my stay.

The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.
