It felt like an amusement park, and the kids were absolutely thrilled, which also gave the adults a much-needed break. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; I thought it would be a simple, ordinary breakfast, but they offered local delicacies like roasted goose and Chencun vermicelli. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.

MM344565****I specifically came to Foshan to buy furniture and chose the Sofitel Foshan, which has a great reputation. Before checking in, I saw the hotel's introduction, and it definitely lived up to expectations once I was there. The hotel's decor, from the first-floor entrance to the rooms, is very stylish. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Postmodern room, which also had a lot of character. The overall facilities in the room were excellent, and the hygiene was very good. This morning, I saw Jingjing, the floor manager. Even though the hotel was very busy, she went above and beyond to graciously grant us a late check-out, allowing me to take a nap after finishing my furniture shopping. The service was truly exceptional!

The internet is stable and fast. The bedding is clean and comfortable; a good night's sleep truly recharges you. Breakfast is served promptly at 7 AM, with a rich variety of options, and you can even take it to go. The front desk was efficient and thoughtful, helping me print documents and store luggage. The cleanliness is top-notch, every corner is tidy and odor-free. The value for money is outstanding; this will be my go-to hotel for future business trips!

The front desk小姐姐 (literally 'little sister,' a polite term for a young woman) was incredibly knowledgeable, not only recommending local hidden gems but also offering thoughtful tips to avoid crowds. The shower water pressure was just right, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the slippers were soft and non-slip. Every day here felt relaxed and comfortable, like finding a peaceful haven in the city. I've already recommended it to all my friends.

The freshly made wontons at breakfast were delicious and savory; when I told the auntie I loved them, she even served me an extra bowl. After checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones. The front desk was also quick to respond, and the candy they offered was delicious. They even offer subway station pick-up and drop-off. This stay far exceeded my expectations, and the main credit absolutely goes to the two front desk staff members, Derrick and Kevin! From the moment I checked in, both of them displayed extreme professionalism and warmth. They patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, from room type preferences and parking directions to recommendations for local attractions. Their explanations were clear, well-organized, and incredibly thoughtful, without a hint of perfunctoriness.
During my stay, whenever I had a small question and contacted the front desk, Derrick was quick to respond and even proactively followed up on the resolution progress, which put me completely at ease. Kevin, on the other hand, always paid attention to details, actively helped with my luggage, and reminded me about weather changes. These small touches truly showed his attentiveness. Their service was not only professional and efficient but also delivered with genuine warmth, adding a sense of belonging to what could have been an unfamiliar journey.
The hotel's hardware facilities and environment were already good, but with excellent service staff like Derrick and Kevin, the overall experience was elevated significantly! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

MM55023****This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. It's clean, tidy, and has beautiful surroundings. The lake tour is highly recommended; for just 10 yuan per person, you can feed ducks. You can also buy fish food from the vending machine for 5 yuan a pack. My child had an absolute blast for our entire 2-day, 1-night stay. We didn't even have time to use the complimentary swimming pool and hot spring services – we'll definitely have to come back another time! My little one is exactly 105 cm tall, so she could go on most of the rides, though an adult needed to accompany her. The rides for smaller children generally cost between 5 and 15 play coins per person. We took advantage of the ”buy one, get one free” deal on play coins and spent about 300 yuan over two days, managing to try out all the rides. Staying at the hotel also made getting around incredibly convenient. The Shunde cuisine nearby is absolutely delicious and perfectly suits Cantonese palates. This is the first time I've written such a detailed review – for anyone in Guangdong looking for a family-friendly getaway, this hotel is a must-try!
