The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant.

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

Xirui Hotel has a good location, next to the main road of the city, with a convenience store downstairs. It is close to Baoding Station and the city center shopping mall, with convenient transportation and convenient shopping by car! The decoration style is simple and the room is quite large. The disadvantage is that there is no bracket or hook in the bathroom to put things. For guests who wear glasses, there is no place to put their glasses when they shower, and there is no place to put their own toiletries. There is no place to hang bath towels and clothes. It is not very convenient. It is recommended that the hotel improve in time! During the three-day holiday, I took my children to Baoding for a trip. I chose this hotel and specially chose a river view room with a bathtub. As a result, I never expected that I didn’t see the river view, but I really had a dream in the decoration noise room. The river channel downstairs was renovated and built, so I had to endure it without the river view. Construction started at 7:30 on the first day of the holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the excavator or some large equipment downstairs. I was so annoyed that I complained to the front desk and was told that there was a marathon at the end of the month and the river channel needed to be rushed. It was possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! I went shopping and returned to the hotel at 3pm to take a rest. As a result, an old man in the community opposite sang on the big speaker in the small square, and five speakers were playing together. After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! ! The video was shot in the room on the 12th floor of the hotel with the windows closed!

After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

This time I took my children and the elderly to Xingyi Hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and it was equipped with a smart toilet. I have lived in three hotels in Xingyi Resort. The location of the Holiday Inn is particularly good. It is especially convenient to go to the hot spring club and the water world. The waiter is very enthusiastic and often pays attention to whether the guests have problems. For example, I have set up a storage box to open the door several times in the water world. I took the initiative to ask me what problems I encountered. I learned that the cabinet was faulty and remember to notify the maintenance. I also changed the new cabinet for me. I came here more than water world, hotel, The waiters in Muye Restaurant are very professional and service-conscious, better than many hotels in Sanya. It may be more than a meeting. I like to come here to relax.

The room for four people is nice and big, but the bathroom does not have dry and wet separation. When we get up early in the morning, the four of us take turns waiting for the bathroom. The breakfast you bring is average, with not many varieties. The steamed buns, dumplings, fried dough sticks, etc. are all pre-made and have a poor taste. Of course, the advantage is that it comes with hot spring tickets. The family and children had a lot of fun. I came from Beijing specifically to Baoding Hot Spring and I really won’t step into any trap. . Breakfast needs to be improved, everything else is good

Disadvantages: There is no tap water in the room, there is hot water for bathing, and the tea cannot be boiled. Fortunately, the front desk gave two bottles of mineral water after the reaction. Watching live TV such as CCTV has to pay for it, and the hotel is not responsible. Of all the hotels I have stayed in, these two are wonderful!
