"I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about our unfortunate experience at this hotel. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the front desk staff, especially the doorman, were friendly and accommodating, our checkout experience was an absolute nightmare. The Manager, Victoria, assured us there would be no charge for our 20-minute late checkout. However, not only were we hit with three unexplained fees—totalling more than the cost of our room—but Victoria’s behavior throughout the process was incredibly unprofessional. Despite her initial assurance, she made no effort to resolve the situation and completely disregarded our concerns. Calls to the hotel for clarification were ignored, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until they address these unacceptable business practices and lack of accountability, particularly from management."
