Pobyt w hotelu wspominamy bardzo dobrze. Śniadania były smaczne, różnorodne i estetycznie podane – idealne rozpoczęcie dnia. Obsługa w recepcji uprzejma i pomocna, a samo otoczenie obiektu bardzo ładne i zadbane. Pokoje czyste, dobrze wyposażone, bez zastrzeżeń. Niestety muszę zaznaczyć jeden incydent, który znacząco obniżył komfort naszego pobytu. Podczas wieczoru integracyjnego, który odbywał się w wynajętej wiacie (wynajętej do godziny 1:00 w nocy), spotkaliśmy się z nieprzyjemnym zachowaniem jednej z kelnerek. Byliśmy kilkakrotnie w mało uprzejmy sposób uciszani, mimo że z wyprzedzeniem informowaliśmy, iż jest to impreza integracyjna. Zachowanie wspomnianej osoby było nie tylko nieprofesjonalne, ale wręcz bezczelne – pozostawiło bardzo złe wrażenie wśród uczestników. Podsumowując: sam hotel oraz jego standardy są godne polecenia, jednak warto zwrócić uwagę na jakość obsługi podczas organizowanych wydarzeń – szkoda, że jedna osoba potrafi zepsuć atmosferę całego wieczoru.

Spacious, well-equipped, clean rooms. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Nice service. Swimming pool + gym. Tasty, varied breakfasts. Nice service . Beautiful views . The service met all our challenges. Next time we will choose the same hotel without hesitation

Cudowny hotel w centrum Świeradowa- Zdroju, zasługujący na zdecydowanie więcej niż trzy gwiazdki! Wita nas nowoczesne lobby pełne ciekawych rzeźb i ściennych grafik. Chwilę potem wita nas cudowna, serdeczna i niezwykle pomocna obsługa, dzięki której można poczuć, że jest się "we właściwym miejscu". Standard pokojów jest typowo hotelowy, ale daje poczucie komfortu. Natomiast bardzo podobał mi się design baru w lobby oraz restauracji (jest bardzo duża!). Strefa wellness to całkiem spory basen, jacuzzi i dwie sauny- dla mnie wystarczy do pełnego relaksu. Miałyśmy również okazję sprobować dań a la carte z restauracji- makaron z krewetkami rozbił bank! Śniadanie było bardzo obfite z dużym wyborem świeżych dań. Podsumowując- jest to hotel przyjazny wszystkim- zarówno tym, którzy szukają po prostu niedrogiego noclegu, jak również tym bardziej wymagającym wobec hotelowych standardów.

Szczerze mogę polecić pobyt w hotelu Krasicki. Czy to w przypadku gdy zamierzacie pojeździć na nartach w pobliskim resorcie Ski&Sun ( 1,5km od hotelu ) czy pozwiedzać deptak w Świeradowie Zdrój. Hotel zapewnia dużą ilość atrakcji także nawet jeśli za oknem strasznie....nie będziecie się nudzić: basen, 2 sauny, jacuzzi, basen ( również zewnętrzny w sezonie letnim ), kręgle ( jedyne w Świeradowie ! ), siłownia, zabiegi spa, piłkarzyki...i inne atrakcje oraz organizowane są okolicznościowe imprezy. Pokoje ( przynajmniej w wersji standard, double bed ) na dobrym poziomie, hotel czysty i zadbany i ciekawymi akcentami. Polecam opcje ze śniadaniem które zapewnia szeroki i smaczny asortyment dla każdego wraz z rotacją rzeczy do wyboru... Bardzo miła obsługa i pomocna obsługa, w każdym departamencie...gdyby nie mały incydent z którymś z gości palącym w którejś z łazienek przez pierwsze 2 dni ze smrodem papierosowym przenoszonym przez wentylację, można by wystawić najwyższą notę ( sprawa została szybko rozwiązana po poinformowaniu personelu a mam nadzieję że osoba bez klasy odczuła tego papierosa w drogi sposób ( kara 500zł ) Powyższy incydent oczywiście nie miał nic wspólnego z hotelem tylko jakimś nieobytym klientem...ale cóż, zaważył troszkę na naszym odczuciu z pobytu... pozdrawiam cały personel hotelu...

Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍

A super place to relax with friends. Relax in the pool and sauna for a start. And then a good time in the bowling. All support with good food. The very professional and unique service guarantees a special experience.
