"We had an amazing family trip! The location is stunning with everything nearby, and the hotel itself is beautiful and super clean. The staff were very helpful and always available — special thanks to Urooj and Iqrar at reception for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. The Marco Polo Restaurant had delicious food with a great variety — we loved every meal! We also enjoyed playing table tennis, snooker, and the kids’ playroom was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to visit again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful surroundings! ✨ ✨"

"Generally, it was a decent hotel compared to other available hotels near Swat. Location was good too. However, given the price that we paid, we dont think it was a 4-star hotel. At best, it should be rated between mid tier to upper tier 3-star hotel. While the rooms were clean, it took some time for hot water to be available. Basic amenities were not available in the room and had to be requested, though the staffs were friendly and helpful."

"Stayed one night and was happy to leave. Booked by tour company. The hotel faces a very busy street with heavy traffic and it's extremely noisy. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. Upon arrival, I was shown four different rooms and they all had issues: beds clearly slept in and bed linen not changed (all of them; evidently they don't change bed linen in between guests), no hot water, windows or sliding doors that couldn't be closed, towels that had obviously been used, etc. Eventually I picked a room that only had a bed slept in, and asked them to change the bed linen. The room was spacious with two usable power sockets (one near the bed). There was a minifridge, but no electric kettle. The phone didn't work. No night lamps or light switch near the bed. The bed and pillows were ok (on the hard side). Bathroom with shower in a corner, without a shower tray or curtain. Water temperature was very difficult to adjust. Extremely slow wifi. There were power cuts every 3-4 hours, lasting 1-2 hours; the generator only powered some lighting in the room and bathroom, not the power sockets, A/C, etc. At breakfast, the tablecloth was extremely dirty. Breakfast consisted of an omelet and deep fried flatbread. They had no coffee. I was surprised to see positive ratings on TA and Google, but it's very obvious that most reviews are fake."
