This was our third stay at this hotel, we stayed with our family and were oined by another family of friends. We like the area and the hotel a lot. It was busy but never fels over-crowded. Very clean, the food is good, nice kids club, friendly staff, very nice bathroom amenities in the room, nice nature surrounding the hotel.

This was our second time at this Orea reaort, we spent 3 nights over New Years Eve with our 5 years old daughter and had a great time. The room was very well appointed and clean, the food in the restaurant was great, the staff overall very friendly and nice. Our daughter visited the kids club and had a great time, the 3 animators were great (2 girls and one boy). The swimming pool area was also great to have. The New Years Eve party was lots of fun, good food and music plus the fireworks! Thank you all, it was great, we will be back to hike some more in the area and ski.

Nas pobyt nakonec hodnotim prumerne, zvazovany i pouhe **... Hotel je vazne stary, pokoje sice moderne zrekonstruovane( meli jsme pokoj Deluxe), nabytek, koupelna OK, ale cely dojem kazily plesniva okna.. Absolutne katastrofa je bazen!! Nechutny, spinavy, cely cas, co jsme zde byli, jsme nevideli nikoho z uklidu.. Sprchy tuchnou moci!!! Navic napr. zupan není v cene a za 50kc na den Vam pronajmou seprane o x cisel srazene zupany. Detsky klubik, kvuli kteremu jsme hotel vybrali, je chudy, mala mistnost, minimalne vybavena, hracky tak pro deti 3 roky. Animatori mili,ale stejne se clovek o dite vlastne staral sam.. Co hodnotim relativne kladne je jidlo, chut velmi dobra, ale chudy vyber, max 2 jidla masita, 2 prilohy a a 1 jidlo bez masa.. Ale personal na 5 hvezd. aco je na 5 hvezd je i okoli hotelu, krasna priroda ( za nas bohuzel snih - v dubnu, velmi nevlidne pocasi, takze jsme neocenili dostatecne). Celkove 4 hvezdick absolutne neodpovidaji oznaceni hotelu a napr. s Oreou v Harrachove se neda srovnavat. Takze me hodnoceni *** odpovida nenarocnym cestivatelum, opravdu necekejte luxus.
