The room is large and the facilities are new. The hygiene is excellent. The service is great. Whether you are at the front desk or in the corridor of the room, you can greet you with a smile and politeness. It feels very kind and warm. Welcome fruit and dining vouchers were also given on the first night of stay. The Aozao noodles on the second floor of the hotel are very delicious and the environment is good. The vouchers can be used and you can listen to Pingtan while eating. The hotel is in a very good location. Metro Line 2 is across the street downstairs, and there is a bus stop that is convenient to everywhere. This time I was most satisfied with the accommodation in Suzhou.

The service is good and the facilities are well maintained. It's just that there are always people making loud noises in the corridor, which affects the rest. The hotel can lay thick carpets in the corridor and use soundproof cotton to deal with the gaps. Because the quality of the guests cannot be controlled

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.
