Great location, just less than 100metre walking distance exit from MRT station. Good front desk service. The hotel looks aged and air conditioning is not functioning well. The temperature setting is useless even though setting the temperature to 21degc, the room temperature still remain as 25/26degc. Tried to make complaint to front desk and they said can’t fix it. Only can provide a stand fan as a countermeasure.

The environment is very good, cost-effective, with a yard and a charging parking lot, and there are trees and rivers to the south, which block the noise. The service is good and the facilities are well maintained. It's just that there are always people making loud noises in the corridor, which affects the rest. The hotel can lay thick carpets in the corridor and use soundproof cotton to deal with the gaps. Because the quality of the guests cannot be controlled

This classical garden hotel is as beautiful as a painting. Pavilions, towers, rockery and flowing water are all elegant. The rooms are comfortable, and the front desk lady is kind and considerate. Here you can feel the historical heritage and enjoy the tranquility and comfort. Highly recommended, it is an excellent choice to experience the beauty of classics.

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.

Great experience, this is my second time staying in this brand chain hotel. The facilities are consistent in style, the details are handled with extra points, and the environment fits the theme. The room is equipped with various types of books, which is suitable for people who love reading!
