Jinling Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Suzhou

You won't go wrong choosing the Jinling brand in Jiangsu. The facilities and services are of five-star standard. Ms. Chen from the housekeeping department thoughtfully sent homemade yogurt. A male staff member from the catering department was also easy to communicate with. The hotel was also very tolerant of children's meals. It is worth staying. The Japanese food and teppanyaki grill for dinner are recommended, but the vegetables in the small hot pot and the stir-fried dishes for Chinese food need to be improved in quality.

Room was in poor condition, the rug was spilled and dirty, bedsheets had stains. The bathroom has no ventilation to let the floor dry. The bathtub was black from scratches and stains. In 4 star hotels in other cities there are better kept rooms for half the price. Staff only speaks Chinese.

Suzhou Hotel review:- Room:- clean and nice room. Hotel is beautiful and large with a mini park and fish pond. Window can be open slightly for the cold air to come in. No aircond required . Provided 4 bottles of mineral waters and may request more if needed Location:- strategic place for food and shopping . Near to metro. Breakfast:- varieties of food to my surprise. Friendly staff Price:- reasonable for the price i paid Plus side: staffs are friendly, helpful and tentative for front office and restaurants. Bad side: there Are 2 different buildings so need to make sure you get to the right building to check in

This is my second stay. I didn't expect that the service quality of domestic brand hotels is getting better and better. The details are very thoughtful, and fruit snacks and yogurt are prepared. It is particularly worth mentioning that the yogurt of Jinling Hotel is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. They specially added an extra breakfast to solve the embarrassment of family travel. Next time I come to Suzhou, I will book Jinling again.
