Suzhou Hotels with Wi-Fi

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

I recently stayed at the Novotel Suzhou SIP, located conveniently by the beautiful Jinji Lake in Suzhou Industrial Park. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to cultural landmarks like the Suzhou Culture and Arts Center, Moon Harbor, Eslite Bookstore, and major shopping areas such as Shin Kong Place. Additionally, its proximity to the Cultural Expo Center metro station makes it an excellent choice for travelers. During my stay, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the front desk staff, particularly Cathy. She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in process was smooth and my questions were addressed with care. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had a modern design that added to the comfort. I also appreciated the hotel’s wide range of facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool and the on-site dining options, such as the Gourmet Bar and the Chinese and Western restaurants. Overall, my experience at Novotel Suzhou SIP was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou, whether for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very good location for walking around Pingjiang road. Very handy Suzhou train station pick up service, would recommend utilising for anyone arriving by train. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Cons: bathroom had a bad smell emanating from it. There was quite a lot of construction happening while we were there, started around 7am and didn’t finish until after midnight. Would recommend bringing ear buds. Shower pressure was ok but not amazing. There is also no elevator so you will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the rooms which are all on the first floor.

The room was extremely warm, 30 min after setting the AC at 18C the room temperture only dropped to 25C. Was reported the hotel reception. Rather than fixing the issue they sent a fan to the room. How can the fan bring down the room temperature. The same was reported to Trip.com. After repeated efforts and several trips to the hotel reception around 9pm they change my room

This hotel is located in a scenic area with a great view of the lake. The sunrise greets you in the morning and the drivers take you to where you want to go. Breakfast is buffet style with a mix of eastern and western dishes. My friend and i really enjoyed being surrounded by fall foliage. It's great for taking photos. The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

My friend and I chose a 2-bedroom room in the courtyard. The homestay is small, but very elegant. The decoration style is simple, and the facilities are modern. It is very good. It not only retains the flavor of the old building, but also has new Chinese facilities. The courtyard is also very elegant, suitable for friends and family to meet up. The service is warm and enthusiastic, and the boss lady also let us experience her incense. Warm and polite, feel at home. Very good experience. The breakfast is also very rich and can't be finished. The space for drinking tea and chatting is also very comfortable. You can enjoy leisure both outdoors and indoors.

The location very conveniences, have my fav coffee (in China) and easy to get meal - breakfast, lunch & Dinner. Hotel very comfortable and staff service is good. U can ask for additional drinking water without charges.

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the Meituan guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰

It was my first time to visit Qidu. The first thing I had to do was choose a hotel. So I saw a hot spring hotel on Ctrip, named Suzhou 0572 Taihu Hot Spring Hotel. I booked it for three days in a row. On the first day I checked in, it was raining. The front desk staff would Help us lead the way and carry our luggage, go straight to the guest room on the sixth floor and open the guest room door. Facing Taihu Lake, a large lake with a circumference of more than 300 kilometers, we are immediately relaxed and happy, and the air is fresh and natural. In the afternoon, you can also enjoy Chinese afternoon tea in the Western restaurant. Because it is raining and it is inconvenient to go out, dinner can be eaten in the hotel's Chinese restaurant, which is very convenient. The next day, you can go for a walk on the edge of Taihu Lake without driving. Take a walk in Qidu Taihu Wetland Park, where you can admire the Qidu Twin Towers. Walk across the road and walk from Wangshan Road to Wanghu Road. , all are commercial streets, and there is also a farmers market, which is the deepest experience of a city. On the third day, we visited Wu'an Old Street, which is an old street that has been carefully built with heavy inves**ent. You can taste Wu's fish market restaurant delicacies on the old street, cross the Zhuang Bridge, view Sun's Residence Courtyard, and see Wu's Gate. See the wisdom of the people of Huzhou. Let’s go to the Lugang Scenic Area and visit the Shangyi Bridge in the ancient village of Yigao. On the way back to the hotel, we pass by the Yidu Village and see Guangfu Bridge, the junction of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
