Indigo Hotels in Suzhou

The hotel is new and its design is modern with great smell. Staffs were friendly and offered assistance all the time even some of them couldn't speak English, really appreciate it. Room was so clean, bed and pillows are soft and support sleeping very well. Breakfast were assortment of foods and delicious. I personally loved hotel environment with peaceful and calm vibe. Facilities were hygiene, especially swimming pool. The closest metro is about 300-500 m. far which is not an issue for me.

We received an excellent experience from the hotel. Especially their staff, Cherry from the reception and 美芹 from the restaurant. Both provided us high level of services. They are very nice and patient to our requests. Our room is comfortable and well equiped. Also, the view is great and beautiful. Definitely, i will stay here again if i come next.

Really great! All the service staff are very nice, especially the housekeeper WINNIE, the service is very thoughtful, and the overall service quality is beyond expectations! A very satisfying experience. When the Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs are on the market, you can go and play again! Environment: Very suitable for a short vacation. Our room type can see the lake. It is really comfortable to sit on the balcony and daydream. Service: The housekeeper is awesome! Full marks Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, the environment is OK Facilities: The whole hotel is not big, but the environment is really good. There are also double bicycles for cycling around the island. Many people play by the lake. By the way, my husband said that the breakfast is delicious.
