Indigo Hotels in Suzhou

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. The hotel has upgraded the lake view room, and you can see Yangcheng Lake while sitting in the room. It's just that the fruit looks so insincere. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here. The hotel is on the road around the island, and the road is sprinkled with gold. Dinner was enjoyed in the only restaurant in the hotel. Although there was only one miserable table of guests that night, the dishes prepared in the kitchen were all delicious, large and well prepared. The breakfast I was looking forward to turned out to be very disappointing. Many people were disappointed. It's cold and hard, and there aren't many choices. The services are pretty good, and parking is free by scanning the QR code. There are three outdoor soaking pools, which are said to be warm water. There is also a place for children to play.

I chose Jinji Lake Indigo for my birthday. I called the day before to say hello. The housekeeper Scott added WeChat and sent a very detailed guide. The Jinji Lake View Suite is really eye-catching. It is 90 square meters and has three very clear areas, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Each room faces Jinji Lake, and the Ferris wheel and Oriental Gate are in the same frame. There are hand-painted patterns and good friends on the living room window. The birthday decoration was arranged in advance, and the card was handwritten, which was really thoughtful. The cake delivered was really super big, thank you very much. The owner is very generous and has a high configuration. The hair dryer is Dyson, the bathing supplies are Diptyque, and the mineral water is 5100. The huge round bathtub, the bath is fashionable and the Jinji Lake view is beautiful. Breakfast is in the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant has a sense of design. The dining area and the seating area are alternately interspersed, warm and private. Although there are not many types, the quality is very good. The swimming pool and gym are on the underground floor. The heated swimming pool is clean and large enough, open from 9 am to 9 pm. The gym is not big and is open 24 hours a day. Hotel guests can register at the front desk and borrow a very retro-designed bicycle for free to ride along the Jinji Lake, but it was a bit cold so we didn't go. Thanks to every staff member I met, this birthday was super happy.
