This was the best stay so far I had in China. The room was nicely decorated in a modern oriental style, very new, spacious and clean with good lighting. Hairdryer, washing amenities is included as well. The bed is very comfortable and clean. Aircon is also functioning well. There is an elevator to your room upstairs. The hotel itself is located in a walking street, very convenient to get food and local buys. Yet, it is not noisy at all at night. It is around a 5-7mins walk to the metro station. The highlight is the boss and front desk who have showed me so much kindness the past few days. They recommended me where to go and helped me with my luggage. Highly recommended!

very good experience !! staff there was super helpful and friendly, which made this experience even more enjoyable. room abit small for 3 luggage but it was acceptable. cleanliness was acceptable too. it’s about a 10mins walk from train station. room have a high tech AI (xiao du) that my friend and i enjoyed using. room have hair dryer and there’s microwave and laundry room at level 1 too! there’s lift to access to the rooms which is really convenient for our big luggage 😄 hotel also helps us to receive our taobao parcels too! enjoyed our time in suzhou!

At first I was in a try-it mood, and it turned out to be very good. Except for the poor internet connection, everything else was very good. I extended my stay last night. I recommend staying here. I planned this trip to Suzhou with my elderly parents. When traveling with elderly people, they are most concerned about accommodation. After checking and comparing many hotels on Ctrip, I finally chose Mingcheng Suyue Hotel. First of all, the location is reasonable. It is about 800 meters away from Suzhou Station in a straight line. You can get there by subway immediately after getting off the high-speed rail. There is no need to call a taxi. It is convenient and fast. There are subway lines 4, 6 and 2 around the hotel, which connect to various attractions in Suzhou and solve the transportation problem, one of the difficulties in travel. The street behind the hotel is where the locals live. The breakfast is delicious and rich, and fruits and snacks can be bought everywhere. The hotel also upgraded the room type for free. The room has large windows, good lighting, comfortable and clean, the air conditioning is also very powerful, and the bathroom is clean and odor-free. Maybe it was because it was not a weekend, so there were not many guests staying there. It was very quiet at night with almost no noise. We stayed there for two nights in a row and the elderly were very comfortable and satisfied. In addition, the hotel has its own small courtyard and parking is very convenient, making it the first choice for friends who travel by car.

It is very convenient to travel. You can reach the scenic spot by walking. It takes about 38 to take a taxi to Mudu Ancient Town. It is also very quick to take a taxi to Guanqian Street and Shantang Street. Service: The reception lady is very nice. I booked a room without windows, and she upgraded me to a room with windows. So I decisively renewed the lease for another day the next day. I also gave a souvenir when I left. It is also very convenient to let the guy put it in the robot for delivery. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I replaced it with travel photos.

10/10 amazing experience. Everything is well taken care of, from the moment we stepped in the hotel. The room is comfy and well designed, with perfectly intelligent and modern features. Loved the soft bed, gorgeous view outside of the window and the lighting system. Every little detail is given much thought and we enjoyed our room greatly. Even the programs in the projector has subscription already and we could choose any movie we wanted to watch. The tub was great fun and relaxing. Staff are super friendly and the coffee they gave us were tasty as well. Definitely will come to this hotel every time we come to Suzhou. Highly recommended.

The service was super good! 💯👍🏻don’t worry about bringing big luggages even they don’t have elevator. the staff will immediately carry your luggages without u even asking them. They also help us to book a car to shanghai. About the room, i suggest you to try their biggest room! so spacious, the interior is absolutely stunning with the balcon area which has LED screen. My family and i will definitely come back if we travel again to suzhou!😆❤️

酒店位置非常方便，離火車站非常近，離地鐵也就100多米，老城區有名的景點基本都在附近，七里山塘，拙政園，平江路等有名的景點2公里。酒店新裝修的設施也非常現代化，乾淨衞生，床品和枕頭特別舒服。關鍵落地窗加隔音玻璃關上窗户很安靜，很不錯的一次入住體驗。下次來還要住這裏。

Convenient for the work I do at the Dulwich schools nearby. Not any English spoken but we get by fine with some translation apps and good nature. I'm not a fan of showing on the door that I don't want my room cleaned for sustainability reasons and it being cleaned anyway so I had to give a reminder on this. It is a friendly place, decent breakfast and comfortable rooms :)

First of all, the location of this inn is very advantageous. It is right at the gate of Lion Forest. It is very convenient to go to Pingjiang Road, Couple Garden, Lion Forest, Humble Administrator's Garden and Subo. The room was neat and clean. The guy at the front desk was kind and attentive. He even upgraded me to a family room. They waited for us at the door early and took us to park nearby, which solved our worries about whether it would be difficult to park. After checking in, he sent us a travel guide, telling us how to get to nearby tourist attractions, as well as some delicious restaurants and snacks that don’t go too far. Very satisfied, I will choose his restaurant next time I go to Suzhou.
