The hotel is spectacular. It has like a little garden in the middle of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. Be aware the breakfast ends at 9:00 am during the week and 9:30 during the weekend.

Convenient location of the hotel, as it is near some of the touristic attractions of Suzhou and very close to shopping malls. Very friendly and helpful staff, they recommended us locations for dining and walking. The hotel was also very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast with many food choices. Nice gardens to see and walk within the hotel.

I slept so well in this room ! The hotel is amazing, unfortunately a little bit far from the metro.

Beautiful hotel, design is modern Chinese with a classical garden inside. Rooms are spacious with all the conveniences. It even has a Dyson hair dryer not seen in hotels costing many times more! Excellent value!

Very nice hotel with good service and rooms

New, big sized building. Actually most of the facilities are for a Convention hall. Everything was OK, but only OK - not more than that.

Stay was OK, though the hotel has nothing on site.

The hotel environment is superb. All the service staff are very warm and polite. The hotel has an underground garage and an elevator to the lobby for easy luggage. This is a garden-style hotel with a beautiful environment suitable for taking pictures. The room is not big, but the items are complete. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super fun. It's so refreshing to take a bath after a day. The toiletries are also very good. They also thoughtfully prepared hand soap, laundry detergent and moisturizer for the guests, and the quality is relatively good. The only shortcoming is that there is no smart toilet. The room attendant is also very kind and answers all questions. The breakfast variety is complete and the dining experience is very good. The hotel has a restaurant, Aozao Noodles, and there are not many restaurants around. Simple food includes wonton, Anhui Banmian, local Suzhou cuisine, and local people's dumplings are very delicious and can be taken away in plastic.

Go on a trip with my boyfriend. This is a treasure hotel in the city center. It has several elements of a resort hotel: landscaping, spacious rooms, scenic spots around, friendly dining, and a little tea culture. The front desk, guest rooms, and dining services are polite and thoughtful. In addition to breakfast, I personally think that the variety can be improved. For example, there are too few pickles. I want to have some pickled cucumbers with white porridge, but there are none. I see ginger, kimchi, kelp, sour bamboo shoots, and white fermented bean curd. It is recommended to add pickled cucumbers, olives, and red fermented bean curd. There is a tea room in the hotel lobby, and the environment is elegant. I especially like it; the cakes in the cafe in Building 3 are very cost-effective; the landscaping is available at any time to check in and take pictures. It is very convenient to go to Pingjiang Road and Shantang Street nearby.

The environment is top-notch and the location is excellent. The hotel has its own garden which is so beautiful. The breakfast and Aozao noodles are delicious. High-end atmosphere. There are cute ducks and kittens in the garden. I like it very much and will recommend it to others.

Garden-style hotel, cost-effective, close to the scenic area, surrounded by many small attractions, playing in the hotel yard, walking around the hotel are very pleasant. Next to the conference hall, non-holidays, many government officials stay here. The only drawback is that there is no self-service laundry, and because the hotel is relatively large, takeaways can only be delivered to the front desk
