The hotel is spectacular. It has like a little garden in the middle of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. Be aware the breakfast ends at 9:00 am during the week and 9:30 during the weekend.

Convenient location of the hotel, as it is near some of the touristic attractions of Suzhou and very close to shopping malls. Very friendly and helpful staff, they recommended us locations for dining and walking. The hotel was also very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast with many food choices. Nice gardens to see and walk within the hotel.

I slept so well in this room ! The hotel is amazing, unfortunately a little bit far from the metro.

Beautiful hotel, design is modern Chinese with a classical garden inside. Rooms are spacious with all the conveniences. It even has a Dyson hair dryer not seen in hotels costing many times more! Excellent value!

New, big sized building. Actually most of the facilities are for a Convention hall. Everything was OK, but only OK - not more than that.

It was great. I made the right choice to stay in Suzhou for three days and two nights during the May Day holiday. The hotel is convenient for transportation, new facilities, and a great atmosphere. It is not far from the Lion Grove, Humble Administrator's Garden, Hanshan Temple Museum, Jinji Lake, etc. There are subways and buses, and it is also convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. I booked a hotel with my kids through Qiaohu. The experience was pretty good. The room was small but clean. The customer service was very responsive. There were bed rails and baby toiletries. They were also given to us when we checked in. The hotel environment is very good, just like visiting a garden. After breakfast, we walked around and found a duck and a swing in the yard. The kids had a lot of fun.

The hotel environment is superb. All the service staff are very warm and polite. The hotel has an underground garage and an elevator to the lobby for easy luggage.
