It's good to live and the service is good as well especially the clerk is so cute!

Very friendly staff; Provide an extra blanket to sleep on the sofa bed; Provide a washing machine and dryer with detergent; Walking distance to places of interests like Suzhou Museum and Bingjiang road; Walking distance to the nearest metro; Provides free umbrellas; Can ask for more bottles of water from the receptionist.

Location is great, the view from the room's balcony is soooo nice! And I loved the hotel design! Also the staff were very helpful 🫶🏻

Amazing hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful and we got an upgrade from a queen room to the floating clouds(?) variant! The toilet’s a smart toilet with a bidet and a heated seat! Super amazing room. Totally recommend this hotel. It’s also pretty convenient with the nearest metro station, pingjiang road and guanqian street being a short walk away from the hotel.

very good experience !! staff there was super helpful and friendly, which made this experience even more enjoyable. room abit small for 3 luggage but it was acceptable. cleanliness was acceptable too. it’s about a 10mins walk from train station. room have a high tech AI (xiao du) that my friend and i enjoyed using. room have hair dryer and there’s microwave and laundry room at level 1 too! there’s lift to access to the rooms which is really convenient for our big luggage 😄 hotel also helps us to receive our taobao parcels too! enjoyed our time in suzhou!

The stay at Zizi was amazing. We were allocated the room at Level 1 and it was super convenient to leave and return. It was also very convenient for Mei Tuan riders to deliver food to us too. Though at Level 1, the room was far enough from the busy main street and it was a super comfortable and quiet stay. The street was very convenient for travel as well and lots of places were within walking distance. The TV went stuck for a few times during our stay but the staff were fast to respond to our request to fix the TV. It was smooth and I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Zizi.

We were very much satisfied with everything.Lady receptionist was very kind and nice, very helpfull and patient.She helped us using translation services as we don't speak Chinese.Room was clean and nice, towels changed every day, oh and that automatic toilet, that was something unbelievable for us people from Europe :-) As i first stayed with my family( 2 kids), on our departure we received small present , how nice honestly! We in Eutope should learn from Chinese people a lot❤️

I had a pleasant stay at Zizi Hotel Zhangyuan Mansion (Shuozhengyuan Branch) near Guanqian Street in Suzhou. The staff were very nice and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and shops. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The location is great. Just 2/3 minutes away there is a snack shop, along the same street there are bakeries, local breakfast shops (selling qian bing and Dou jiang). There is massage shop nearby. It is abt 20 mins walk to humble administrative garden and the main shopping district. The location is very convenient. The room is spacious and our kids loved the tub. However the tub took very long to fill up. The bathroom is very comfortable. The room is smart, toliet bowl is heated. Shower facilities are great!

They gave me a free room upgrade. This room had a ton of space and plenty of seating! The bed was firm, but comfortable. There are plenty of outlets near the bed. There was no smoke or other weird smell in the room. The room was very clean. Housekeeping only did a quick cleaning each day during the stay, but frankly, I think that that makes more sense anyway for stays of only a few days. They did a good job at the end of my stay to find any left-behind items, which the front desk checked if I wanted. There's a smart toilet with a bidet, and the room curtains open and close electronically. Smart clock on the desk. The fridge was really handy to have. There's an elevator and two sets of stairs. There's also a shared room on the bottom floor with one washer, one dryer and a microwave, which conveniently doesn't have any time restrictions imposed. They asked me to leave a nice review when I checked out, but didn't force me to do it in front of them like some of the unscrupulous hotels in China do. There were only 2 negatives. First con is that there's construction causing lots of the sidewalk near the hotel to be unusable, forcing you to walk into the scooter lane. It's inconvenient and feels a bit hostile, especially if you have rolling luggage. It's not the hotel's fault, so I won't deduct this from their score. Just expect that the 10-minute walk to/from the metro stat inion may actually take longer. Even though you're not right next to the metro station, there are a lot of good Suzhou restaurants close by. You can also walk to Pingjiang and Guanqian streets, the gardens on that side, and the Suzhou museum. Second negative is that the WiFi was a little bit slow. It's fine for browsing, just not serious work.

First time at Nanjing and the hotel location is nearest to Nanjing Train station. Little distance to visiting via Didi. However, train station is mins away.

The hotel is situated nicely in the center of the city near a metro station which makes getting around and seeing the sights really easy. The room itself was clean and no smoking as advertised. The service was brilliant as well with kind front desk staff. Will definitely book again when I get the chance to come back to this beautiful city.
