Very happy and excited to write this review. I would give 10 stars if possible. This hotel is truly a little treasure. We decided to splurge a little in Suzhou and found this hotel. It’s situated just a few steps from the main attraction street where you will see many people dressed up in hanfu taking pictures and enjoying themselves. This hotel is the only one of its kind where you can stay inside a traditional house with many beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The fact that it was so close to the main attractions made it super convenient to go rest up in the middle of the day when it was too hot and too noisy. It’s like having a mini vision of the humble administrators garden privately just for you. Besides the excellent location and space, the service was also worth raving about. They picked us up timely with their golf cart and carried our heavy luggage🥹. As a foreigner, I wanted to deliver some stuff to the hotel and had input the wrong address… the lady at the friend desk was so proactive and helpful, I was so moved because she even offered to go pick it up from the wrong address I entered. I feel like I’ve never had such a kind and sweet host before anywhere and I just want to express my sincere thanks. 🙏 The breakfast was so plentiful and varied, we not only had more than enough to fill our bellies but our eyes as well because they all so well presented. If you are looking for a special place to stay, this is it!

The hotel environment is super good. Stay in the garden and feel the Suzhou garden culture. After arriving at the hotel, the room type was upgraded and Pingtan was given. There were also souvenirs when leaving the hotel. It is within walking distance to the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Lion Grove. It is very convenient. The B&B is better than I thought! Before I arrived, the housekeeper Xiao Gao contacted me in advance to arrange the check-in. He also rode an electric stove to send me to Guanqian Street and helped me find a short pillow. The details were in place and the service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. I actually had shark fin for breakfast!!! This is the point. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate it all up, haha. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the butler service is warm and meticulous. When you come, you will be picked up at the intersection and sent to the intersection to take a taxi, and personally carry the luggage to the car, which is heartwarming. The hotel is responsive. We stayed for three nights. On the first night, we stayed in the reserved room. The room was very beautiful but not suitable for us. The next day, the hotel upgraded us to a larger, more spacious and comfortable room, which gave us a more perfect accommodation experience. Every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic. Every time you go out and come back, they greet you with a smile, making guests feel at home. Different fruits are delivered to the room every day, and the fruits are of good quality. Pingjiang Road outside the wall is bustling, while inside the wall is quiet and unique. The service is impeccable. I wanted to stay for another night, but time is limited. Turn right and walk about 100 meters to Pingjiang Road; secondly, the service is also good and generally quite enthusiastic. The only drawback is that in winter, although the air conditioner and heater are turned on in the room, it is still quite cold. It may be a structural problem of the high roof of the old house. The noise of the air conditioner is quite loud at night, which affects sleep a little.
