I really do not recommend this hotel. I was extremely frustrated and felt deceived during my stay. I booked a room through Trip.com and paid in advance, but when I checked in, the hotel charged me an additional 100 Yuan, claiming that they do not accept bookings from Trip.com and that room rates increase on weekends. This is completely unacceptable, and I felt scammed, especially after taking a long taxi ride to get there. *Location: It is not close to major attractions like Yu Garden, Suzhou Railway Station, or Shantang Street. There is a temple nearby, but the area is highly congested, making it difficult to catch a taxi. During the day, the roads are blocked, forcing taxis to take detours, which increases the fare on Didi. *Information: Unclear details, unexpected price increases, and the hotel's name differs from what is listed on the app, making it difficult to find. *Space: Enclosed, no windows, and feels quite suffocating. However, I contacted Trip.com customer service, and they provided good support to resolve the issue. I hope no one else gets scammed and bad experience like I did.

She said she would go to clean it. It was almost 4 o'clock when she took us to change the room. This room was the room I originally booked. It was indeed much better than 401. At least it was not so cold, but it was still cold. It was much worse than the room I stayed in before. So I finally fell asleep at 4 o'clock, but with a headache and runny nose, we went back to Shanghai directly after checking out the next day. I didn't have the energy to do everything we planned. The car fare, road expenses and room fees were all wasted. Until now, I still regret why I didn't take a look at the reviews at that time. I don't think a hotel of 200 yuan is cheap. As a hotel, providing guests with a comfortable and warm accommodation environment should be a basic skill. If you can't even guarantee a suitable temperature, then don't hurt others. If you plan to play for many days, it doesn't matter, but we students don't have many holidays, and the money for playing is saved bit by bit.
