There is complimentary from hotel for my boyfriend birthday

Room is nice and big. Hotel is not located in the city center, however if you plan to go tongli or zhouzhuang ancient city, consider this hotel.

the room was huge and clean.. and the bonus is we had the massage chair.. also the staff spoke very good english..

Very good hotel, nice lobby and rooms, friendly stuff. I really liked the wall panel with Chinese folklore theme in the lobby. Breakfast corresponds to Hilton. Some inconvenience of the hotel's location is compensated by the great view from the window.

The room is spacious, clean and sanitary. The bed is very comfortable. It is very convenient to go to each floor without changing elevators from the parking lot. The children love to play in the children's playground on the 19th floor. The breakfast is rich.

The room was very nicely arranged. It was large and had a sofa bed, a massage chair and a sofa. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the 19th floor was also good. I also ordered a pizza from the room service, which the kids loved.

We originally planned to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Suzhou Wujiang for only one night, but Ryan Luo's excellent service made us extend our stay without hesitation! From the first day of check-in, he impressed us with his professional service and sincere care - not only did he considerately upgrade the suite with a massage chair, but he also proactively asked about our needs every day. During the extended stay, Ryan Luo remembered all our preferences: he prepared extra pillows in advance, recommended authentic Suzhou restaurants in the surrounding area, and even left handwritten cards and snacks when we returned late. This personalized service beyond standardization made us feel as warm as home. The hotel's facilities also maintained a high standard: seasonal Suzhou specialty snacks were added to the breakfast, and the night view of the executive lounge was still charming. But what made us miss the most was the "home away from home" experience brought by Ryan Luo and his team. Falling in love with a hotel because of one person's service is what this experience is all about! Thank you again, Ryan Luo, your professionalism and dedication are the biggest reason for us to extend our stay, and we will definitely choose here next time we come to Suzhou!
