This hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. The location is not bad too. The staff is friendly and polite. When I checked in, they gave me some snacks and some bread. I think this is very welcoming. And the reception also gave me an upgrade as the original room I booked was smaller, which, of course, I was aware of that prior to booking it. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It feels safe for a female solo travellers. I really like the design of the room and it’s really spacious! Overall it’s really amazing but I guess it’s time for a little upgrade some parts seems pretty used. Also a personal opinion is the shower curtain does not feel as clean probably because it’s old but it didn’t cause any problem to my stay.

The hotel is easy to get around with metro nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The price is super affordable for such nice stay.

The bedroom was very clean. The receptionist was friendly also. I love their taro gui hwa milk as well.

Had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable, location was great too - less than 3min walk away from metro. The room is not too sound proof, nevertheless it does not bother my sleep.

They provide free gifts for each room, which are breads made on their own. The room is equipped with a projector, but downside is that they require you to have membership to enjoy the full movie or songs

Great location near the subway station and some tourist spots. The staff are helpful, which makes the experience even better.🍓🇨🇳 There is also a coffee shop at the lobby of hotel for those who love coffee like me ☕️

A very pleasant stay at SuZhou. Received small bread as welcome gift. Walking distance to food street.

Room is comfortable and big. Location also quite strategic, walking distance to metro station and night shopping area. However, for those want to wash clothes, not really convinient they only have one washing and one dryer machine. The dryer machine by default use is 3 hrs per time. I don't even have a chance to use it due to long queue.

Conveniently located near the subway station, close to tourist attractions. Welcome gift upon check in and there is a bakery at counter to purchase snacks and drinks.

Our stay at Xingle Hotel was a remarkable experience. We could not have asked for a better first experience in China. The rooms are spacious, clean and super cozy, we felt right at home. The staff are attentive and helpful and you can communicate with them in English. The Hotel has its own bakery that has amazing goods they bake every day as well as coffee. The hotel offered a guided tour through the ancient city of Suzhou, which allowed us to know about the history of this beautiful city, we loved it. The location is magnificent, close to Pingjiang Road, and easily accessible by metro (5 min to the closest station). We are super pleased to have chosen Xingle Hotel as our accommodation in Suzhou, do not hesitate to book your stay at this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and I slept very well. The location is near the metro so it is very convenient. I am truly satisfied, would definitely come again!

Very clean hotel, located strategically near to many attractions, walking distance to Pingjiang road and line 1 metro is just few minutes away. Small boutique hotel but excellent services provided. They helped us with our laundry when we were stuck at the ancient streets. Comfortable bed.
