One of the best hotel in Suzhou. It was so clean and looks like new hotel having many facilities!!! 4 stars hotel but having services like 5 stars hotel Value for money! Hotel location is just next to ”Yingchun Lu” metro station very convinient for us to go everywhere while we are in Suzhou

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel from the time we check in until we check out. Liu Baiyi provided excellent service throughout our stay. She took good care of us. She also helped us to find good restaurant, massage etc. She also provided free upgrade to us. Location was a bit far from city centre and main attractions. However, there is shopping mall next to it which is a plus point. Breakfast was good as well. However, please take note they start clearing on the dot when it is 10’o clock. So better to go earlier for breakfast.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

We drove south from Wuxi along the Taihu Lake. Because we were with our kids, we avoided peak hours at all the attractions. Thinking about going to Taihu Lake and watching the musical fountain, we continued to choose the Hilton Garden Inn that our family all liked. The price was right, the desk was great, the desk lamp was awesome, and it was comfortable for both work and study. Opposite the hotel is the outlet, which is convenient for strolling. Although it rained these two days, we could still stroll around Taihu Lake and go shopping. The room is relatively large, and the overall feeling of the hotel is a bit different from other Hilton hotels. The front desk is great, especially the beautiful manager. Upgrading the room, sending gifts to children, heating food, delivering takeout, etc., you can feel that the front desk is working hard to make up for the shortcomings of the hotel. So I give a good review to this team. Suggestions for improvement: 1. There is a steel sheet behind the round table in the room, which is very sharp because it has not been polished. Can't we just leave it? Fortunately, I saw it!! I almost scratched the child😦 The engineering said that all rooms have this small table... I, uh, then thank the master! 2. The air conditioner is a little bit temperamental. Let it blow louder, and it makes louder noises. I changed to another room and it was the same! Forget it, it still has a bad temper. Well, maybe I am sensitive to sound. All the way south, I stayed at All Seasons, Mercure, and Manxin~ I think I haven't praised their quietness yet🫰! How can we solve this air conditioner problem? It's really cold when it's turned down, and it's really noisy when it's turned up. The second night was the fifth day of the Chinese New Year to welcome the God of Wealth. There were fireworks from 23:30 to 0:30 in the middle of the night, and there was no need to sleep. The children were so happy to see it. 😄😄 I was happy too. The air conditioner was so loud when it was turned down. Alas😮💨 I was so sleepy that I went to bed at three or four in the morning. 3. This laundry service really shocked me😲! The lady in the room said to go to the end, but I only saw a few words written on it saying ”employees only”! I walked back and confirmed it again, and the lady said it was right. Then... uh 😃😳😲😮 Later the front desk explained that there was no laundry service, and this was also for the convenience of the guests! I suddenly felt that I seemed a little unsatisfied! I have been out for more than half a month, and I forgot that I was not at home. I just washed clothes casually~ Look at how self-service laundry has spoiled me! ! Finally, I hope that this is a real stay experience, which can help the hotel improve in a certain direction. Considering the warm service and responsiveness of the front desk, I will still choose it when I need it in the future.

Arrived at the hotel quite late, the front desk called to ask when we can arrive and what room we need, and upgraded the room type, which is good. But maybe the hotel has been open for a long time, some infrastructure is still not well maintained, the first time the sliding door of the room had problems, the TV could not connect to the Internet. However, the front desk responded quickly to the problem, which is also a good point, the service is still in place, but the infrastructure still needs more maintenance, overall it is very good.

The hotel is located near Shihu Scenic Area. The surrounding supporting commercial facilities and environment are very convenient and complete. It is very convenient to go to Pingjiang Road, North Pier, Shantang Street, Shilu Pedestrian Street, etc. It is also very convenient to Wangshan (Jiulongtan) Scenic Area. The hotel front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling. They can give satisfactory answers to the information I need to know during my stay. The room attendants are also very enthusiastic and greet guests when they see them. The breakfast made by the chef in the restaurant is quite satisfactory, with reasonable dishes, rich varieties, good quality, and delicious taste, especially the wontons are super delicious! Parking is also convenient, you can park underground or on the ground!
