Courtyard Hotels in Suzhou

Located at the Xinghai square in SIP, it's a perfect spot to stay if visit Suzhou for business or leisure. The hotel itself has aged and could need some renovation. Some of the staff is extremely helpful and very caring about all your needs, esp. the concierges Henry and Mark!

The room is clean and decent size. The front desk staff is friendly. However, the staff at the entrance handling cars and customers enquiry on getting taxi was terrible. He is not professional and untidy, not the usual personnel you would expect of the Marriot brand. The hotel is too far from places of interest n the location of the hotel is somewhat weird. However, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel.

The location is very good, it is very convenient to go out, and the most important thing is that you can check out late until 15:00 in the afternoon. There are many types of breakfast, but there were too many people during the May Day holiday, and many things were out of stock and you had to wait. There were too many people eating in the restaurant, which was a bit chaotic, but the staff handled it in a timely manner. The room was clean and the front desk service was good.
