I was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process.
Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me "if there's anything she can help?" It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?

It should be the top one hotel in Suwon area. Room is Clean and quiet. Front desk is very nice and professional. Even though location is an about 20 minutes away from Suwon downtown but it is near the beautiful lake.

It's at the perfect location within a short distance to Gwango techno park and also many surrounded by many restaurants and shop. Strongly recommend.

I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry.
