If you do not check in on the first day of the hotel reservation due to flight delays or personal reasons, then sorry, this hotel will directly set it as noshow because you did not check in on the first day, and will not reserve the room, even if you paid half a month's room fee at one time. Even if you check in on the second day, it is not allowed. The question is that you did not check in on the first day of the reservation, so you will not reserve the room. This is my personal experience: booked 2025.01.24-2025.02.1 (not just paying a deposit, but paying all room fees at one time). I didn't check in on January 24th for personal reasons. When I arrived at the hotel to check in on the evening of January 26th, the front desk said that I would check in tomorrow on the 24th, so the room was not reserved and I couldn't check in. I called several Four Points Sheraton hotels in Seoul to see if it was the same. The answer I got was that I could check in whenever I wanted during the hotel reservation period. Even if you don't check in on the first day, it doesn't matter, the room will be reserved for the whole process. Only the Sheraton in Suwon is like this. So I really advise friends who come for tourism or business trips to think twice before booking this hotel! ! ! If you arrive one day late due to flight delays or personal reasons, then the hotel you booked for several days will be wasted. (Hotel bookings in South Korea are originally non-refundable.
