Double French Doors open onto a little unpaved private road featuring your own outdoor sitting area for relaxing with a good book and your favorite beverage or dining al fresco next to a little flower garden. Our neighbors on both sides also supply lovely flower gardens - so good of them! This unit has a small kitchenette, the bath features a tiled shower, a queen bed as well as a fold out sleeper couch if needed.
You are tucked into the charming village of Suttons Bay just a minutes walk from shopping, dining, the beach, the Tart Trail and located in the center of Leelanau County.
Leelanau is home to Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore Park, Leland Historic Fishtown, and many trails for hiking, biking and exploring. Golf courses are in good supply and the county boasts over 25 wineries to visit and taste local wines. Traverse City is 18 miles away if you crave a little more action. Very comfortable private little studio. Exceptionally clean. Quiet.
Lovely sunflower decor. Nice big windows surrounded by trees. Wish we were there for a longer stay. Will definitely return!

It's a perfect location! We were able to walk to everything around Sutton's Bay. It's a beautifully appointed little cottage(spotless!) off of the alley so it's very quiet and peaceful yet only 2 blocks from everything! Especially our favorite ice cream shop! Would definitely stay here again or suggest it to others!

Tastefully appointed studio. The location was so convenient to downtown Suttons Bay. We really enjoyed the patio watching the hummingbirds in the tiger lillies. Highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our visit to the area for a family reunion. It was comfortable, clean, and we slept well. We enjoyed walking around town each evening, including catching a movie at the Bay Theater and dinner at the Village Inn. The location is perfect for a Suttons Bay visit.

Weekend stay
Perfect location to catch the Tart trail, walk into town and explore the area! Very clean and cozy. Nice patio to enjoy all the green neighborhood.
