The hotel is lovely. It's a perfect location in the heart of downtown Sutton. We were lucky to be there during the jazz festival and went to two concerts right on the hotel's patio. The setting and the music were lovely. The only thing we did not like was the food. We paid for the B&B package because I had read that the breakfasts were very good. In our opinion they were way over the top. Too fancy and just too much food. We would have appreciated an option of just eggs or breads. Were we to return we would not include breakfast. Aside from that all was good and I would like to return.

Another 5 dot review. We stayed at Le Pleasant for three nights in May. The room was a good size and comfortable; but was really exceptional were the breakfasts. The hotel had a French chef who prepared the best pancake breakfast we ever had. On days when the dining room is not open to the public we were able to have multiple cappuccinos at no extra cost. Sutton itself is has numerous art galleries and upscale shops and is near a number of wineries.

Hotel surprenant et comme son nom l'indique très plaisant. Très intime, propre et bien situé. Accueil impeccable, les cocktails étaient originales et les repas succulents et recherchés. Nous y retournerons assurément. Plusieurs boutiques et restaurant à proximité.

The room and the property were lovely, clean, comfortable and surpassed our expectations. It was like staying in a boutique hotel inside a historic property with amazing architectural details. We stayed a night but wished we could have stayed longer. Sutton has a really nice, walkable downtown stretch with some great stores and the surrounding area is really beautiful to explore.

Bonjour, Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans Sutton. Environnement urbain inspirant. Chambre accueillante, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Propreté impeccable! Excellent accueil à la réception et au petit-déjeuner le lendemain. Par contre, le non accès à des sections communes ainsi qu’à la terrasse extérieure à l’avant et ce, à partir d’une certaine heure de la soirée est un gros bémol sur la note globale. Rapport qualité prix déficient en incluant cet aspect. Ce qui est en soit malheureux compte tenu du haut standard du reste de la prestation et de l’emplacement. Merci! Marc Tanguay
