Location was amazing, very close to the beach. Overall it was great apart from one thing. Bed was very uncomfortable - two singles connected to make a king, but both singles were different in softness, so made for a bit of an annoying sleep. Would stay again as long as it was a king bed and not two singles!

Good stay

The room is clean, and there are good swimming and shopping nearby. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, and the price is reasonable. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the children like it very much.

The worst hotel I stayed in Australia. The whole room was full of cockroaches, and there were cockroaches under the stool*! Extremely disgusting! The hotel clearly had vacancies, but they refused to change them after communication, and even said they could change them the next day. My 3-year-old child bumped into the wall to avoid cockroaches, but the wall was empty. They asked me to pay for repairs, which cost nearly 1,600 RMB. If they didn't repair it, they would cancel the room card and not let me stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, 1 minute away from the light rail station. It was past 9pm when we arrived, so it was inconvenient to check in. We followed the sign at the reception to the second floor, and found a notice on the second floor that said we had to enter from the first floor and then go up to the second floor. However, the door on the first floor required us to check in and swipe our card before we could enter. We followed other people and entered. At night, only one security staff member gave us an envelope, which contained the room card and notice. We temporarily checked in on the first day, and went to the front desk to register the next morning.

This hotel is really nice, the kitchen is big enough, there is a washing machine and dryer, and a large balcony! Convenient transportation, the airport bus transfers to GLNK and arrives downstairs of the hotel! It is very convenient to eat and play around the hotel, and it is only 200 meters away from the surfing beach, which is great!

The hotel is in a great location. There is a light rail downstairs. The room is large and comfortable. There is a large balcony. You can see the sea. I like it very much. But why does the hotel room card not work every day? And you need to take out all the garbage before leaving. Cleaning also requires certain conditions. The water in the shower is a bit small.

Although the view from the lower floor is average, the large terrace connecting the living room and bedroom is a plus! The location is super convenient, with the light rail station downstairs, but it can be noisy at night. There are enough kitchen utensils for cooking, and they are very careful. The room has plenty of space.

The price/performance ratio is good. A little distance from the beach. The bedding was uncomfortable. Next time I will definitely choose the seaside one.

The view on the non-sea view side is also very beautiful. The balcony is super large, surrounded by undulating mountains in the distance and a winding river nearby. The house is very spacious and the kitchen facilities are complete. The transportation is convenient, and there is a light rail station 100 meters downstairs.

I traveled a long way to Gold Coast, and was given a room at the end of the corridor on the 4th floor, and the key is to face! Directly facing! Such a big cross room... I don't know if other people are afraid of it, anyway, I am afraid of money! ! I don't like it! ! Bad review! !

It was beyond my expectation. I would like to give it 6 points. The location is right next to Q1 and there is free parking. Figures 1-4 are the room facilities. There is not only a separate laundry room but also a dishwasher. The super large balcony has an unbeatable view. Figures 7-10 were taken on the balcony. In the morning, there are budgies flying over to wake us up. The hotel restaurant is very good, see Figures 5-6, and the breakfast option is great.
