The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We stayed in the superior room with 3 people and there was enough room for all of us to be comfortable.

There were no slippers or water in the hotel room. I was very surprised that they charged extra for these. In addition, there was a problem with the heating system in the hotel. Although the weather was cold, the air conditioner constantly blew cold.

The hotel is overall good.
Pros: Located around 30 minutes taxi ride to all main scenic spots,
Hotel is clean and well maintained.
Cons:The air condition system doesnt work, it was -2 degree outside but the heating was not working, we asked several times to fix it but they just gave us a room heater to use and didnt fix the air condition
The breakfast is just minimal and not many options except bread and some basic items

Location is near to the center by the taxi. Convenient for the family for a short stay. Breakfast was good

We only booked 30min. prior to our arrival. Very warm welcome. The rooms are very nice and clean! As our car did not fit into the garage, the hotel provided us a free parking space in thheir own bus parking area. public transprotation is in walking distance, short drive with bus or tram to the metro.
