Very super Slow check in process, they even just give one key and need ask another key for it, ask for non smoking but got smoking room, need to go down not like other hotel that will fast and cooperative for coming to your room and change another room for you... I need to re check in againn... breakfast need more tasty..

Hotel room is clean and decent. Space is just nice enough for one person.
However it's a bit sad that the gym isnt 24 hour. Making it difficult for access when I am still here for business trip.
Breakfast Food was quite on point .
Service of staff is nice.
Hotel have good access to food and restaurant.
Water pressure in shower was good.
However the items doesn't get refill or taken good care of. Lots of improvement needed on the room service team

Nice hotel, tasty breakfasts for 103 thousand. There was only soap in the shower, no shower gel or shampoo.
There is also a table for lamp work.

I stayed at The Southern Hotel Surabaya recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and room service was good.
However, the experience was soured by poor service. I requested airport transfer upon check-in and was told it was available. On check-out day, the receptionist (Nata) said no car was available because I didn’t book 3 days in advance — even though I had checked earlier. She was impatient and dismissive on the phone.
Worse, the massage I booked (15 May, 10:15 AM) was rough and unprofessional — I had to stop it 15 minutes in, but was still asked to pay. When I raised it with the receptionist, she brushed me off and asked me to deal with the therapist myself.
Extremely disappointing service. If the hotel chooses to partner with a spa, they should ensure it meets proper standards.

Good location n great services especially in restoran, The room is very convenient, however as a 4 stars hotel the amenities are limited and they only provide a bath towel, no hand towel.
