距離宿遷野生動物園還是很近的，差不多車程十分鐘，帶小朋友去很方便，一早吃完早飯就去動物園人很少，方便。

首先，8月17日凌晨值班的前台人員，服務態度很一般。我們是17日凌晨2點左右到酒店的，剛開始我準備定房間時，她推薦我們加49元可以升級房型，送2份早餐和50元代金券，在我們表明不需要的情況下，她以我們訂的是高級大床房而不是商務大床房為理由，説高級大床房衹有一樓，又説沒有窗户，在路邊可能會很吵，講了很多不好的缺點，我説我定的房型上面寫的是有窗户的，她説是部分有窗户，其實她的意思就是在引導我們加錢辦會員，我們再三明確不需要，因為送的50元代金券有效期衹有一個月，而且早飯我們也不需要吃。後來我們確定就要高級大床房，不需要升級時，她瞬間語氣很冷淡的説，下來辦入住。在辦入住時，因為我們是外地人對這裏不熟，問了她哪裡有便利店可以買東西，她很冷淡的説，不知道。然後我們自己出門發現酒店50米內一個小區門口就有便利店。我不知道前台在這裏上班那麼久，是真的不知道哪裡有便利店，還是因為我們沒有升級套餐而心情不好故意不想告訴我們。反正面對這樣的態度，讓我們對這個店很失望，去別的漢庭酒店，從來沒有這樣的服務態度。不過17號中午退房時的前台，服務還是很好的，果然人與人是有差距的。
