Took several minutes to get key card to open the door. The only working light in the entire suite was over the bathroom toilet. And it was a floodlight in a fixture that required a lightbulb. The light over the sink flickered quickly, and constantly on and off. The ceiling light fixturein the bathroom was missing bulbs and a cover. The light between the beds had two different bulbs in it, including an old-fashioned spiral fluorescent bulb. It would not get brighter than a candle. The other, the other light fixture in the bedroom was a floor lamp with a broken switch that did not work. Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Very lightly stocked and ran out mid breakfast. You could have instant oatmeal if you made it with lukewarm water. There were two soggy English muffins a half a dozen mini muffins, maybe five bagels and about six individual cereal, cartoons.They did have plenty of apple and cranberry juice, cartoons, and yogurt. I would ask for my money back, but I doubt that would happen. I will not stay there again.

The hotell is very nice and clean my only negative is it is not acesa le for people with wheel chairs or walkers and other disability smother than that it's clean cozy and afordable

Their front desk manager named Ashley instead of helping me with the issues started chasing and harassing a volunteer gal who was taking care /feeding/helping with some cats on the property. The gal was trying to explain who she is, but Ashley asked her to leave and called a police volunteer who was feeding a voiceless feral cat and her kitties. The front desk manager named Ashley was extremely rude one after she returned from chasing volunteers she did not assist me with the issues. I believe I have been subject to unfair treatment and racial discrimination by your front desk manager/ staff, which is completely unacceptable. I encountered an unnecessary and complex and rude check-out process by the front desk manager named Ashley. My friend and I were informed that we needed to confirm a reservation letter that was supposedly sent earlier that day. However, after much effort to find it was nowhere to be found. When we sought assistance from the front desk to resend the email to help us check out, Ashley said she communicated with her supervisor, but couldn't find a reservation confirmation. We were told we could wait until the next morning to confirm with the early morning supervisor/manager leaving us stranded and helpless. We were given false hope with an offer to solve the problem via private hotel gmail email, but this email was never responded. I am still unsure if the reservation email was indeed sent or not, and I would like a clear answer on this matter. Also, I will never stay in a place where people and animals are treated poorly.

It was very inexpensive but breakfast was terrible. High sugared cereals, nothing put out you had to search for the milk in the cooler because it was in a box and not where customerscould see it, coffee was low both days..hot water wasn't hot...trash was over full...six people walked out today one bagel that was it. rooms are dark bed ok, pillows need to be updated.

Old building with decent decoration. Not a very good mattress, but a fridge and microwave and everything clean and in order. Good parking and access to rooms. Good for the cost.
