Took several minutes to get key card to open the door. The only working light in the entire suite was over the bathroom toilet. And it was a floodlight in a fixture that required a lightbulb. The light over the sink flickered quickly, and constantly on and off. The ceiling light fixturein the bathroom was missing bulbs and a cover. The light between the beds had two different bulbs in it, including an old-fashioned spiral fluorescent bulb. It would not get brighter than a candle. The other, the other light fixture in the bedroom was a floor lamp with a broken switch that did not work. Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Very lightly stocked and ran out mid breakfast. You could have instant oatmeal if you made it with lukewarm water. There were two soggy English muffins a half a dozen mini muffins, maybe five bagels and about six individual cereal, cartoons.They did have plenty of apple and cranberry juice, cartoons, and yogurt. I would ask for my money back, but I doubt that would happen. I will not stay there again.

This is a reasonable place on a budget. Clean rooms, basic enmities, and hot showers . The hosts are friendly and we were happy to stay there.

Whenever I'm in town I consistently stay here as they always provide great service and good amenities.Newly remodeled and painted . Staff is always friendly and professional. They have Jacuzzi rooms with digital fireplaces and all rooms come with newer TVs with built in Roku services.During summer months they open up the pool outside and they also have a huge back area that is pet friendly.Wouod highly recommend

We had an appointment with Kaiser Permanente near Sunnyside Inn & Suites, reserved two ADA rooms. After checking in, we proceeded to our rooms. After bringing our luggage into the room, my wife found a bug in the room on the bed that just came out from under the sheet. My wife said there is no way we could stay there. We contacted the front desk who then put us in contact with a Michele Boyd (Rooms Division Manager) who informed me she would have to check it out and get back to me. I never heard back from her, I called back after not hearing from her for six days and ask her if her company was going to make it right by giving us a refund. She said it was not the company's policy to refund. I am also including a picture of the bug.

Stayed last weekend at this property front desk person seems to be also the breakfast person ran out of bagels Saturday morning and Sunday morning there were no more plates and Saturday morning there was a tray but had nothing on it the front desk lady was rude she literally slammed the cabinet door while getting the plates and literally slammed it on the counter then when the gentleman with glasses half bald went to ask hee for bagels her words were the same she told me “you guys completely wiped us out”!!!! This was Sunday morning 8-.30 am he also was gonna complain but other guests were also upset the owner manager should check the camera and Friday I complained about a lady she smoked 3x on the steps by the pool while kids were swimming pool bottom had literally a whole handful of hairs like they forgot to clean the bottom with the net! Very disappointed I will never come here ever again quality inn across the street I be staying there for now on! Room was spotless super clean was very happy with that windows have no window screen and front door was faded I stayed at room 221.

I asked the lady to get some towels for the pool and 1 hour later still none and she was not busy so I don't plan on staying again
