Disappointing Stay at DoubleTree Miami
Unfortunately, my stay at DoubleTree Miami was far from pleasant. The hotel feels very outdated — both the building and the room. The atmosphere was honestly a bit creepy. Only one staff member was at the front desk, which made the check-in process slow and unwelcoming.
Overall, I felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. Definitely not the experience I expected from a Hilton-branded hotel.

This is a fantastic location, the rooms are dated however, roomy with all the necessary amenities including a jacuzzi.
My only complaint is I asked for a later checkout which was not recorded by front desk, came back from the beach to be told to check out now before being charged, really disappointing end to a fantastic holiday.

My family stayed here in 1st week of April 2025. The Partial Ocean view is the best one where you can enjoy the city and ocean at the same time, As a Hilton member, I can say that this place, its location, the hotel, and its personnel are amazing. I reserved 3 rooms for 4 nights and later found out that I needed to modify from a double to a King studio, Eleanora picked up the phone and did a great job by modifying based on my needs. On the day of my arrival, the Parking personnel and Reception person Max, did a great welcoming me. My family was coming the next day, so I requested at least one room for early checking-in, if possible, and a closer room for my kids, Max already did all the needed action while I was thinking about managing the rooms to make sure the kids would be closer to my room. The next day, all rooms were provided for early check-in it was outstanding. about location very good location where shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, The hotel is clean, and the personnel are professionals I saw some people write bad reviews about bad rooms or not working bathtubs or personnel. You are not going to the beach for a bathtub in your room, if so, pay more and get a more expensive hotel. Just think there are no bathtubs and enjoy your stay. If the personnel did something wrong to you, they are human, and serving so many people 24/7 is not easy, or you probably did something wrong, so they are acting based on your actions. The hotel itself is not new, and there is some wear, but overall, Big, huge rooms. amazing beach access and free beach chairs, overall, based on location, room condition, staff, and amenities, this hotel deserves five stars 5. I recommend.

What a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Each room comes with 2 beach chairs and option to rent umbrellas. Nice rooms, clean pool and beach. Food and drinks were pricy but there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. Rooms were upgraded and loved the views. Would love to come back

Wow is all I am going to say .maylen at the front desk. Exceptional. I will come back for her and her only. The accomodations she did . The smile she has . Wow . Also Zay the beach attendant with the killer sunglasses. A good man. Helped me carry my kids when the sand was too hot and helped carry my sister's bag while she was carrying her newborn . The amazing manager that helped me settle with the kids at the beach side. Best resort I have ever been too 6 days filled with nothing but great service.

The Haitian women in the front with them tiny eyebrows so nasty & rude go to everyone else besides her looking like a witch just evil besides that love it here mwuahhh
