Selma Spa has a fantastic location and great facilities. But the hotel does not live up to its potential in terms of staff. The restaurant staff felt ignorant and just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. Slamming with crockery, no interest in the guests except when paying. Down at the spa the same thing.
Feels like a big business in the spa industry without consideration.

Rummet var lagom stort, sängen jätteskön! Spa:et var bra - särskilt bubbelpoolerna! Att man kunde sola ute och varva det med dopp i bassäng ute eller inne var fantastiskt! Maten var till belåtenhet. Rummet var tyst på kvälls- och nattid! Helkroppsmassage 50 min var värt pengarna alla dar i veckan! Ska jag säga något kritisk så var nyckel-kortet till rumsdörren förrädiskt! Det fungerade bara ibland, men jag fick snabb hjälp och han som ordnade det sa att de snart skulle få ett nytt system till dörrarna!

Bra läge i vackra Sunne. Vi hann inte nyttja Spa-delen, men den såg fantastisk ut. Service i receptionen var hög. Rummen var rymliga och bra badrum.
