Dusjveggene var veldig møkkete, spesielt listene nede på dusjveggene, og gulvet ivog rundt dusjen. Under senga var det heller ikke rent. I klesskapet hang det en brukt badekåpe. Servicen var helt topp. Veldig god mat, men savnet fløte og sukker til kaffen på frokostbufféen.

Rummet var lagom stort, sängen jätteskön! Spa:et var bra - särskilt bubbelpoolerna! Att man kunde sola ute och varva det med dopp i bassäng ute eller inne var fantastiskt! Maten var till belåtenhet. Rummet var tyst på kvälls- och nattid! Helkroppsmassage 50 min var värt pengarna alla dar i veckan! Ska jag säga något kritisk så var nyckel-kortet till rumsdörren förrädiskt! Det fungerade bara ibland, men jag fick snabb hjälp och han som ordnade det sa att de snart skulle få ett nytt system till dörrarna!

Selma Spa har ett fantastiskt läge och jättefina lokaler. Men hotellet lever inte upp till sin potential på personalsidan. Restaurangpersonalen kändes okunnig och ville bara få jobbet gjort så snabbt som möjligt. Slammer med porslin, inget intresse för gästerna utom vid betalning. Nere på spa samma sak.
Känns som stordrift i spa-branschen utan omtanke.

Härlig personal i hela hotellet. Fantastiskt läge. Mycket folk, men vi upplevde det sällan trångt, varken i spa, bar eller matsal.
