The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay.
However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience.
Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

This hotel is located next to OPI Mall, which is very convenient for travelers to find something to eat and buy some necessities. Besides, the room is spacious enough for a good rest during your stay :)

Book executive room but nothing difference with deluxe one except small towel. This hotel is definitely NOT 5 star. Bad amenities bad service and breakfast is mediocre.
The biggest problem is with the slow ignorance staff. Have to ask several times in order to send what you request ( a fruit knife ). Had to call several times to operator and bell boy to get the answer. Desperate. Not recommended.
